【摘要】:就業(yè)問題作為民生之本,安國之策,一直是全社會最為關(guān)注的熱點問題。特別是當前,各地城市化進程加快,隨著市場經(jīng)濟的轉(zhuǎn)型,我國勞動力就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)也發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化。就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整一方面為求職者創(chuàng)造了新的就業(yè)機會,另一方面也將大量與當前經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)不適應(yīng)的傳統(tǒng)就業(yè)崗位勞動力釋放到求職市場。盡管傳統(tǒng)的就業(yè)形式在就業(yè)市場中仍然占有主導(dǎo)地位,但在解決不同群體的就業(yè)問題和適應(yīng)企業(yè)多種生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營需要等方面,靈活就業(yè)的優(yōu)勢卻格外突出。通州區(qū)地處北京市東南,長期以來主要依靠中低端產(chǎn)業(yè)來吸納勞動力,近年來,隨著北京城市副中心的建立和中低端產(chǎn)業(yè)的清退,這些部門對勞動力的吸納能力日趨下降。在此情況下,深入探討通州區(qū)靈活就業(yè)問題具有與時俱進的重要意義。本文通過對通州區(qū)靈活就業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查研究,分析正處于副中心建設(shè)的新形勢下通州區(qū)靈活就業(yè)面臨的機遇和挑戰(zhàn),探討促進通州區(qū)靈活就業(yè)健康發(fā)展的有效政策。論文主要思路及框架分為五個部分:第一部分為緒論,主要介紹選題的背景、意義、研究方法及創(chuàng)新之處;第二部分為概念界定及理論基礎(chǔ),主要介紹有關(guān)靈活就業(yè)的概念特征及相關(guān)理論,并對國內(nèi)外有關(guān)靈活就業(yè)的研究成果進行綜述;第三部分結(jié)合通州區(qū)就業(yè)登記處提供的數(shù)據(jù)資料,對通州區(qū)轄區(qū)內(nèi)登記的靈活就業(yè)人員進行問卷調(diào)研,在匯總分析調(diào)研結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,從通州區(qū)靈活就業(yè)人員的個人情況、家庭情況和就業(yè)情況三個方面全面展示通州區(qū)靈活就業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀和特征;第四部分使用SPSS統(tǒng)計軟件對影響通州區(qū)靈活就業(yè)人員求職意向選擇的因素進行深入剖析;第五部分在前文分析研究的基礎(chǔ)上就促進通州區(qū)靈活就業(yè)健康發(fā)展提出相應(yīng)的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:Employment, as the foundation of people's livelihood, has always been the focus of attention of the whole society. Especially at present, the process of urbanization in various places is accelerating, with the transformation of the market economy. The employment structure of China's labor force has also undergone earth-shaking changes. On the one hand, the adjustment of the employment structure has created new employment opportunities for job seekers. On the other hand, it also releases a large number of traditional jobs that are not suited to the current economic structure into the job market. Although traditional forms of employment still dominate the job market, However, the advantages of flexible employment are particularly prominent in solving the employment problems of different groups and adapting to the needs of diversified production and operation of enterprises. Tongzhou District is located in the southeast of Beijing, and for a long time it has mainly relied on middle-low end industries to absorb labor. In recent years, with the establishment of Beijing's urban sub-centers and the elimination of low-end industries, the capacity of these departments to absorb the labor force has been declining day by day. It is of great significance to probe into flexible employment in Tongzhou District. This paper investigates the current situation of flexible employment in Tongzhou District. This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges of flexible employment in Tongzhou under the new situation of sub-center construction, and discusses the effective policies to promote the healthy development of flexible employment in Tongzhou. The main ideas and framework of this paper are divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction. It mainly introduces the background, significance, research methods and innovation of the topic. The second part is the definition and theoretical basis of the concept, mainly introduces the concept of flexible employment characteristics and related theories. And the domestic and foreign research results on flexible employment are summarized. The third part is based on the data provided by Tongzhou District Employment Registry Office to investigate the registered flexible employment personnel in Tongzhou District. On the basis of summing up and analyzing the results of investigation, the present situation and characteristics of flexible employment in Tongzhou District are demonstrated from three aspects: personal situation, family situation and employment situation. 4th part of the use of SPSS statistical software to determine the impact of flexible employment in Tongzhou District job-seeking intention to do in-depth analysis of the factors; On the basis of the previous analysis and research, the 5th part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy development of flexible employment in Tongzhou District.
