10周足球運(yùn)動干預(yù)對初中生體質(zhì)健康影響的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:目的:隨著“校園足球”的逐步推廣,有關(guān)足球運(yùn)動在校園開展的利與弊的研究也隨之進(jìn)行起來。足球運(yùn)動能否在中小學(xué)校園順利開展,足球運(yùn)動對中小學(xué)學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康有何影響。本文以揚(yáng)州市經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)實(shí)驗(yàn)中學(xué)初二學(xué)生為研究對象,在體育課上對部分學(xué)生實(shí)施10周足球運(yùn)動干預(yù),探討在校園如何對初中生開展足球運(yùn)動,以及足球運(yùn)動對初中生的體質(zhì)健康有何影響,為校園足球在中學(xué)的順利開展提供量化的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)參考和科學(xué)的理論依據(jù)。方法:本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,以揚(yáng)州經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)實(shí)驗(yàn)中學(xué)初二年級兩個班級的男生為實(shí)驗(yàn)對象,每班人數(shù)相同(對照組30人,實(shí)驗(yàn)組30人),實(shí)驗(yàn)組每周的三節(jié)體育課均上足球課,在大課間或者周六、周日時間組織小型的簡化規(guī)則的足球比賽,保證實(shí)驗(yàn)組學(xué)生每周參與足球運(yùn)動的次數(shù)在3次。對照組每周3節(jié)體育課則按照正常的教學(xué)大綱內(nèi)容進(jìn)行上課。足球運(yùn)動干預(yù)前分別測試其身體形態(tài)指標(biāo)(身高、體重、身體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI)、體脂率);身體機(jī)能指標(biāo)(肺活量、臺階試驗(yàn)指數(shù));身體素質(zhì)指標(biāo)(握力、背力、立定跳遠(yuǎn)、50m、1000m、坐位體前屈)。經(jīng)過10周的足球運(yùn)動干預(yù)后,對對照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組的學(xué)生再進(jìn)行以上體質(zhì)健康指標(biāo)的測試,對實(shí)驗(yàn)前后測試的所有數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)用SPSS統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:(1)身體形態(tài)方面:10周足球運(yùn)動干預(yù)后,與實(shí)驗(yàn)前相比,實(shí)驗(yàn)組學(xué)生的身高、體重均有非常顯著性增加(p0.01),對照組學(xué)生的身高、體重也有非常顯著性增加(p0.01),且二者增長的幅度沒有顯著性差別(p0.05);10周足球運(yùn)動干預(yù)后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組的BMI指數(shù)均無顯著性變化(p0.05);實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組的體脂率均有非常顯著性下降(p0.01),且實(shí)驗(yàn)組體脂率的下降高于對照組,并存在顯著性差異(p0.05)。(2)身體機(jī)能方面:10周足球運(yùn)動干預(yù)后,與實(shí)驗(yàn)前相比,實(shí)驗(yàn)組學(xué)生的肺活量有非常顯著性增加(p0.01),對照組學(xué)生的肺活量無顯著性變化(p0.05),且兩組的變化值有顯著性差異(p0.05);實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組學(xué)生的肺活量體重指數(shù)均無顯著性變化(p0.05),且兩組的變化值無顯著性差異(p0.05);實(shí)驗(yàn)組的臺階試驗(yàn)指數(shù)有非常顯著性增加(p0.01),對照組的臺階試驗(yàn)指數(shù)無顯著性變化(p0.05),兩組的變化值有非常顯著性差異(p0.01)。(3)身體素質(zhì)方面:10周足球運(yùn)動干預(yù)后,與實(shí)驗(yàn)前相比,實(shí)驗(yàn)組學(xué)生50米跑成績由實(shí)驗(yàn)前的7.93±0.82提高到7.87±0.79,但無顯著性變化(p0.05),對照組學(xué)生50米跑成績有顯著性下降(p0.05),且兩組的變化值存在顯著性差異(p0.05);10周足球運(yùn)動干預(yù)后,與實(shí)驗(yàn)前相比,實(shí)驗(yàn)組1000米跑成績有非常顯著性增加(p0.01),對照組學(xué)生1000米跑成績無顯著性變化(p0.05),且兩組的變化值存在非常顯著性差異(p0.01);10周足球運(yùn)動干預(yù)后,與實(shí)驗(yàn)前相比,實(shí)驗(yàn)組學(xué)生握力、背力和立定跳遠(yuǎn)成績有非常顯著性提高(p0.01),對照組學(xué)生背力有顯著性提高(p0.05),但提高幅度沒有實(shí)驗(yàn)組大,握力、立定跳遠(yuǎn)成績無顯著性變化(p0.05),實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組的握力、背力變化值存在非常顯著性差異(p0.01),立定跳遠(yuǎn)變化值存在顯著性差異(p0.05);10周足球運(yùn)動干預(yù)后,與實(shí)驗(yàn)前相比,實(shí)驗(yàn)組的坐位體前屈成績有顯著性提高(p0.05),對照組的坐位體前屈成績有顯著性下降(p0.05),且兩組的變化值存在非常顯著性差異(p0.01)。結(jié)論:(1)足球運(yùn)動對促進(jìn)初中生身高、體重的增長有一定的作用,但與其他運(yùn)動相比沒有顯著性差異,但足球運(yùn)動在降低初中生體脂率的作用顯著。(2)足球運(yùn)動能顯著性促進(jìn)初中生肺活量的增長,提高臺階試驗(yàn)指數(shù),對促進(jìn)初中生呼吸系統(tǒng)和心血管系統(tǒng)的生長發(fā)育與功能有顯著作用。(3)足球運(yùn)動能較好地促進(jìn)初中生身體力量、速度、耐力和柔韌素質(zhì)的增長,尤其是對耐力素質(zhì)和力量速度素質(zhì)的提高有非常顯著性的作用。

This paper takes the Yangzhou City Economic and Technological Development Zone experimental junior middle school students the object of study, the implementation of the 10 week football exercise intervention on the part of students in the physical education, discusses how to carry out the campus football junior middle school students, and football's influence on the junior high school students' physical health, for the campus football in high school smoothly provide theoretical reference and scientific experimental data. Methods: This paper by using the method of literature, experimental method, mathematical statistics method, with two classes of grade two in Yangzhou economic and Technological Development Zone experimental middle school grade boys as the experimental object, the same number of each class ( The control group 30, experimental group 30, experimental group) every week three PE lessons are on course of football in the recess, or Saturday, Sunday time to organize small simplified rules football game, to ensure the number of experimental group students participating in football in 3 times.
