【摘要】：中國(guó)是當(dāng)今世界上最大的經(jīng)濟(jì)體之一,伴隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的騰飛,人民幣國(guó)際化也成為國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)界競(jìng)相探討的熱點(diǎn)話題。同時(shí),美元霸權(quán)的脆弱性、歐元的落寞以及日元的疲軟,在一定程度上也為人民幣走上國(guó)際舞臺(tái)提供了難得的契機(jī)。中國(guó)政府也加快了推進(jìn)人民幣國(guó)際化的步伐,在人民幣自由兌換、金融市場(chǎng)發(fā)展、離岸人民幣市場(chǎng)等方面成績(jī)斐然。2015年12月,國(guó)際貨幣基金組織將人民幣正式納入特別提款權(quán)(SDR)貨幣籃子,標(biāo)志著人民幣向國(guó)際化邁出了舉足輕重的一步。本文旨在對(duì)貨幣國(guó)際化相關(guān)理論和主要國(guó)際貨幣發(fā)展史深入梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)人民幣國(guó)際化的條件及路徑進(jìn)行新的探索,進(jìn)而對(duì)人民幣國(guó)際化的實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑進(jìn)行分析和探討。本文首先對(duì)貨幣國(guó)際化的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定,從最優(yōu)貨幣區(qū)理論、貨幣替代理論對(duì)貨幣國(guó)際化進(jìn)行了理論分析;其次,梳理了美元、歐元、日元的國(guó)際化的進(jìn)程及其路徑經(jīng)驗(yàn),并以美元、日元、英鎊、瑞士法郎和歐元等主要國(guó)際貨幣為樣本,構(gòu)建計(jì)量模型,定量分析其貨幣國(guó)際化的因素及其影響程度。本文第四部分剖析了人民幣的現(xiàn)狀,并從宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況、金融市場(chǎng)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、幣值穩(wěn)定程度、政治地位等多個(gè)角度對(duì)人民幣國(guó)際化的條件進(jìn)行了定性和定量的分析。最后,分析了人民幣國(guó)際化的特殊性,并在堅(jiān)持漸進(jìn)性、獨(dú)立自主、合作性等原則的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)出推進(jìn)人民幣國(guó)際化的路徑圖,并提出了相關(guān)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:China is one of the largest economies in the world today. With the rapid development of China's economy, RMB internationalization has become a hot topic in academic circles at home and abroad. At the same time, the fragility of US dollar hegemony, The desolation of the euro and the weakness of the yen, to a certain extent, have also provided a rare opportunity for the renminbi to step onto the international stage. The Chinese government has also accelerated the pace of promoting the internationalization of the renminbi, with the free exchange of the renminbi and the development of the financial market. In December 2015, the International Monetary Fund formally included the renminbi in the SDR basket. This paper aims to explore the conditions and paths of RMB internationalization on the basis of deeply combing the relevant theories of currency internationalization and the history of the development of major international currencies. Firstly, this paper defines the relevant concepts of currency internationalization, and analyzes the monetary internationalization from the theory of optimal currency area and the theory of currency substitution; secondly, the paper analyzes the theory of currency internationalization from the point of view of the optimal currency area theory and the currency substitution theory. Combing the process of internationalization of US dollar, euro and yen and its path experience, and taking the US dollar, Japanese yen, sterling, Swiss franc and euro as samples, the paper constructs a measurement model. This paper analyzes the current situation of RMB in 4th, and analyzes the status quo of RMB from the aspects of macroeconomic situation, financial market development, currency stability, and so on. The political status and other aspects of RMB internationalization are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Finally, the particularity of RMB internationalization is analyzed, and on the basis of the principles of gradualism, independence and cooperation, Design the path map to promote the internationalization of RMB, and put forward the relevant policy recommendations.
