【摘要】：赫哲族傳統(tǒng)文化歷史悠久,內容豐富,博大精深,是中華民族傳統(tǒng)文化的重要組成部分。然而,伴隨著工業(yè)化的快速推進,由傳統(tǒng)向現(xiàn)代轉變的過程中,赫哲族傳統(tǒng)體育文化遭受到劇烈的沖擊,部分傳統(tǒng)體育項目正在逐漸的流失、變異,甚至達到了難以考證的地步,對于我國文化多樣性而言是一種損傷,同時對赫哲族經(jīng)濟社會文化等各方面的發(fā)展也非常不利,正是在這樣的背景下挽救赫哲族傳統(tǒng)文化的迫切性已成共識。赫哲族傳統(tǒng)體育文化是赫哲族燦爛文化的重要組成部分,為此保護與發(fā)展赫哲族傳統(tǒng)體育文化,推動民族經(jīng)濟和民族文化的發(fā)展,具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文運用文獻資料法、問卷調查法、田野調查法訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等研究方法,對赫哲族聚集地進行走訪調查;本文梳理了赫哲族傳統(tǒng)體育文化的形成與變遷,對影響赫哲族傳統(tǒng)體育文化保護與傳承的因素進行分析,并通過swot分析法綜合的闡述了赫哲族傳統(tǒng)體育文化在現(xiàn)階段發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢機遇分析并得出以下結論:赫哲族傳統(tǒng)體育文化受其生產(chǎn)生活方式的改變,現(xiàn)代通訊的發(fā)展及現(xiàn)代西方體育觀念的沖擊其在“土洋體育”的斗爭中被邊緣化,傳承和保護受到了很大的挑戰(zhàn);赫哲族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟基礎的薄弱、傳承人才培訓機制的不健全、專門性人才的匱乏、赫哲族對其自身的傳統(tǒng)體育文化保護意識淡薄、是赫哲族傳統(tǒng)體育文化傳承保護與創(chuàng)新發(fā)展受到阻礙。在綜合分析結論的基礎上提出了相應的發(fā)展對策:在提高宣傳力度的同時科學創(chuàng)新的改進赫哲族傳統(tǒng)體育項目,使其符合現(xiàn)代人們運動的特點和需求;設立專門的赫哲族傳統(tǒng)體育文化傳承研究機構,完善研究機構的傳統(tǒng)人才培養(yǎng)機制;加強立法,加大國家鼓勵、扶持赫哲族傳統(tǒng)體育文化發(fā)展的力度;建立比較完備的赫哲族傳統(tǒng)體育文化的保護制度;發(fā)展社區(qū)、學校、家庭民族體育一體化教育,打造民族體育文化產(chǎn)業(yè)特色品牌,擴大赫哲族傳統(tǒng)體育文化的影響力,建立相關的保障機制;政府及體育工作部門應把赫哲族傳統(tǒng)作為群眾體育工作的一項重要內容列入工作日程并在相關的配套設施及專業(yè)人員的配備上給予必要的支持。
[Abstract]:The traditional culture of the Hezhen nationality has a long history, rich contents and profound contents, which is an important part of the traditional culture of the Chinese nation. However, with the rapid development of industrialization, the process of the transformation from tradition to modern times, The traditional sports culture of the Hezhen nationality has suffered a severe impact. Some of the traditional sports items are gradually losing, mutating and even reaching the point of being difficult to verify, which is a kind of injury to the cultural diversity of our country. At the same time, it is also very unfavorable to the development of economic, social and cultural aspects of the Hezhen nationality. It is under this background that the urgency of saving the traditional culture of the Hezhen nationality has become a consensus. The traditional sports culture of the Hezhen nationality is an important part of the splendid culture of the Hezhen nationality. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to protect and develop the traditional sports culture of Hezhen nationality and to promote the development of national economy and culture. This paper analyzes the formation and changes of the traditional sports culture of the Hezhen nationality, and analyzes the factors that affect the protection and inheritance of the traditional sports culture of the Hezhen nationality. And through the swot analysis, this paper comprehensively expounds the advantages and opportunities of the development of the traditional sports culture of the Hezhen nationality at the present stage and draws the following conclusions: the traditional sports culture of the Hezhen nationality is changed by its way of production and life. The development of modern communication and the impact of modern western sports concept have been marginalized in the struggle of "native and foreign sports", the inheritance and protection have been greatly challenged, the economic foundation of Hezhen nationality is weak, and the training mechanism of inheriting talents is not perfect. Due to the lack of specialized talents, the Hezhen people have a weak sense of protecting their own traditional sports culture. It is the heritage, protection and innovative development of Hezhen's traditional sports culture that has been hindered. On the basis of the comprehensive analysis, the corresponding development countermeasures are put forward: improving the traditional sports items of the Hezhen nationality scientifically and innovatively while raising the propaganda intensity. To make it conform to the characteristics and needs of modern people's movement, to set up a special research institute for the inheritance of traditional sports culture of Hezhen nationality, to perfect the training mechanism of traditional talents in research institutions, to strengthen legislation, and to increase the encouragement of the state, To support the development of the traditional sports culture of the Hezhen nationality, to establish a relatively complete protection system of the traditional sports culture of the Hezhen nationality, to develop the integrated education of community, school and family national sports, to create the characteristic brand of the national sports culture industry, Expanding the influence of the traditional sports culture of Hezhen nationality and establishing the relevant safeguard mechanism; The government and the department of sports work should take the tradition of Hezhe nationality as an important part of the mass sports work and give necessary support to the relevant supporting facilities and professional personnel.
