【摘要】:大學(xué)生是寶貴的人才資源,是建設(shè)中國特色社會(huì)主義偉大事業(yè)的重要后備力量。隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的迅猛發(fā)展,我國的高等教育事業(yè)飛速發(fā)展,在校大學(xué)生數(shù)量逐年增加,規(guī)?涨,對全面實(shí)施科教興國戰(zhàn)略,加快社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè),實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國夢必將起到積極的推動(dòng)作用。但同時(shí)大學(xué)是青春期到成熟期的過渡階段,大學(xué)生身心較為敏感,他們的心理狀態(tài)尚未完全成熟、穩(wěn)定。面對復(fù)雜的社會(huì)環(huán)境和激烈的人才競爭壓力,部分大學(xué)生的心理狀況呈現(xiàn)出亞健康或不健康狀態(tài),甚至出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重的心理問題。農(nóng)科院校的大學(xué)生農(nóng)村籍學(xué)生較多,貧困生所占比例也比非農(nóng)科院校大學(xué)生所占比例多。農(nóng)科院校大學(xué)生面對人際交往問題、學(xué)業(yè)壓力、情感問題、就業(yè)問題等客觀問題時(shí),他們更容易表現(xiàn)出焦慮、自卑、抑郁、暴躁,甚至有暴力傾向等一系列心理問題。認(rèn)真研究和解決農(nóng)科院校大學(xué)生的心理問題,提高他們的心理素質(zhì),促進(jìn)他們健康成長是擺在我們面前的一項(xiàng)重要而緊迫的任務(wù)。本文以研究和解決農(nóng)科大學(xué)生心理健康問題為研究目標(biāo)。首先,通過文獻(xiàn)分析法、問卷調(diào)查法、圖表分析法、學(xué)科交叉法等方法,根據(jù)當(dāng)前農(nóng)科院校大學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況,以癥狀自評量表(SCL-90)為主要研究工具,對遼寧省一所農(nóng)科院校為重點(diǎn)調(diào)查對象,同時(shí)對比與非農(nóng)科院校的學(xué)生差異,對其心理健康狀況進(jìn)行調(diào)查,通過調(diào)查問卷統(tǒng)計(jì)出農(nóng)科院校大學(xué)生9個(gè)因子的陽性檢測結(jié)果。其次,從思想政治教育理論角度,分別從社會(huì)、學(xué)校、家庭、個(gè)人等方面分析出農(nóng)科院校大學(xué)生心理健康存在問題的原因。最后,針對農(nóng)科院校大學(xué)生心理健康問題及所產(chǎn)生的原因,從完善大學(xué)生成長的社會(huì)環(huán)境、加強(qiáng)高校大學(xué)生心理健康教育、改善家庭心理健康教育、提高大學(xué)生自身素質(zhì)四個(gè)方面提出相應(yīng)對策。本論文研究對農(nóng)科院校大學(xué)生心理健康問題的研究進(jìn)行了有益的補(bǔ)充,提高了社會(huì)各界對農(nóng)科院校大學(xué)生群體的關(guān)注,對進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)農(nóng)科院校大學(xué)生心理健康教育,促進(jìn)農(nóng)科院校大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展具有理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:College students are valuable human resources and an important reserve force for the great cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. With the rapid development of China's economy and society, the cause of higher education in our country has developed rapidly, and the number of college students has increased year by year. The unprecedented scale will certainly play a positive role in promoting Chinese Dream, who has fully implemented the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, quickened the socialist modernization drive, and realized the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. But at the same time, universities are the transitional stage from adolescence to maturity. The psychological state of college students is not fully mature and stable. In the face of complex social environment and fierce competition for talents, some college students' mental state presents sub-health or unhealthy state. There are even serious psychological problems. There are more rural students in the Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and the proportion of poor students is also higher than that of non-agricultural academies. The college students face interpersonal problems, academic pressure, emotional problems, When they have objective problems such as employment, they are more likely to show a series of psychological problems such as anxiety, inferiority complex, depression, irritability, and even a tendency to violence. They should conscientiously study and solve the psychological problems of college students in agricultural academies and improve their psychological quality. To promote their healthy growth is an important and urgent task in front of us. This paper aims to study and solve the psychological health problems of agricultural college students. According to the actual situation of college students at present, the SCL-90 (symptom Checklist 90) is taken as the main research tool, and a college of agricultural sciences in Liaoning Province is selected as the main research object. At the same time, the differences between the students and the students of non-agricultural academies are compared. Through the investigation of their mental health status, the positive test results of 9 factors of college students in agricultural science college were statistically analyzed by questionnaire. Secondly, from the angle of ideological and political education theory, from the angle of society, school, family, respectively, Finally, aiming at the psychological health problems of college students and their causes, the author analyzes the reasons for the psychological health problems of college students from the perspective of improving the social environment of college students' growth. To strengthen the psychological health education of college students, to improve the family mental health education, and to improve the quality of college students, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward in this paper. The research in this paper is a useful supplement to the research on the psychological health problems of college students in the Academy of Agricultural Sciences. It is of theoretical and practical significance to further strengthen the psychological health education of college students and promote the all-round development of college students.
