【摘要】：隨著當(dāng)代經(jīng)濟(jì)科技的飛速發(fā)展,生產(chǎn)力和生產(chǎn)工具的不斷進(jìn)步,人們逐漸從勞動生產(chǎn)中解放出來,空余和休閑時間無疑越來越多。高中學(xué)生作為社會中的一個重要群體,現(xiàn)階段的空閑時間越來越多。休閑體育的出現(xiàn)和發(fā)展與學(xué)生群體的發(fā)展契合成為一體。休閑體育作為一種新型積極健康向上的生活方式,不僅會充實(shí)高中學(xué)生的空閑時間和取代不良的日常習(xí)慣,更能促進(jìn)其身心全面發(fā)展,培養(yǎng)團(tuán)結(jié)同學(xué)、努力合作的優(yōu)良精神。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料、問卷調(diào)查、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計和訪談等方法,以湖北荊州中學(xué)為例研究荊州市高中學(xué)生休閑體育活動現(xiàn)狀,并對其影響因素進(jìn)行分析,并參考國外的相關(guān)先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和科學(xué)發(fā)展模式,為荊州市高中學(xué)生更好的參與休閑體育活動和荊州市更好地開展休閑體育提出建議,使學(xué)生養(yǎng)成良好的生活習(xí)慣和休閑習(xí)慣,從而達(dá)到全面發(fā)展的目的,經(jīng)調(diào)查研究分析得出結(jié)論:(1)學(xué)校的組織開展情況不佳,開展項(xiàng)目少且單一,開展次數(shù)少且持續(xù)時間短;這說明休閑體育活動開展情況不樂觀,也說明沒有真正意識到休閑體育活動對學(xué)生的重要作用;(2)學(xué)生的活動內(nèi)容項(xiàng)目都還是以跑步、散步以及常見球類項(xiàng)目為主;這說明活動內(nèi)容形式太單一傳統(tǒng),缺乏新穎,也說明開展情況不佳。男女選擇的差距較大,說明男生喜歡競技性強(qiáng)的項(xiàng)目,女生則偏愛運(yùn)動量小的文藝活動;(3)大部分學(xué)生選擇獨(dú)自活動和與家人或朋友一起組織活動。男生選擇獨(dú)自活動的比例要比女生高,女生則更多的選擇與朋友和家人一起組織活動,這說明男生的獨(dú)立性較強(qiáng),女生更偏愛結(jié)伴活動;(4)參與休閑體育活動的場館選擇大都集中在免費(fèi)的公共場所和公園空地等,這說明場地選擇單一,不利于休閑體育活動的開展和發(fā)展;(5)荊州中學(xué)學(xué)生的消費(fèi)的主要用途基本都主要分布在購買運(yùn)動服裝和運(yùn)動器材裝備上,這都說明荊州中學(xué)學(xué)生的消費(fèi)水平太低,消費(fèi)形式和結(jié)構(gòu)單一,不利于休閑體育的發(fā)展;(6)主觀影響因素里,很多學(xué)生對休閑體育認(rèn)知不夠、重視程度不夠、不能激發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣等;客觀因素主要是時間不允許,場地器材缺乏和消費(fèi)太高,小部分學(xué)生表示身體素質(zhì)差,不能很好的參與休閑體育活動。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern economy and technology, the continuous progress of productivity and production tools, people are gradually liberated from labor production. Free and leisure time is undoubtedly more and more. High school students as an important group in society. At this stage, more and more leisure time. The emergence and development of leisure sports and the development of students into a body. Leisure sports as a new type of positive and healthy way of life. It will not only enrich the free time of senior high school students and replace the bad daily habits, but also promote their physical and mental development, cultivate the fine spirit of unity and cooperation. Taking Jingzhou Middle School in Hubei Province as an example, the present situation of leisure sports activities of senior high school students in Jingzhou City is studied, and the influencing factors are analyzed, and the relevant advanced experience and scientific development mode of foreign countries are referred to. For Jingzhou senior high school students to better participate in leisure sports activities and Jingzhou City to better develop leisure sports, so that students develop good habits of life and leisure habits, so as to achieve the purpose of all-round development. Through the investigation and analysis, the conclusion is that the organization of the school is not good, the project is few and single, the number of the development is less and the duration is short; This shows that the development of leisure sports is not optimistic, but also does not really realize the importance of leisure sports to students; (2) the main activities of students are running, walking and common ball games. This shows that the form of activities is too single traditional, lack of novelty, but also show poor performance. The gap between male and female choice is large, indicating that boys like competitive projects, girls prefer small sports of literary and artistic activities; 3) most students choose to organize activities alone or with family or friends. The proportion of male students choosing to organize activities alone is higher than that of girls, while girls choose to organize activities with friends and family more often. This shows that boys are more independent, girls prefer group activities; (4) the choice of venues to participate in leisure sports activities is mostly concentrated in free public places and parks, which shows that the choice of venues is single, which is not conducive to the development and development of leisure sports activities; The main uses of students' consumption in Jingzhou Middle School are mainly distributed in the purchase of sports clothing and sports equipment, which shows that the consumption level of students in Jingzhou Middle School is too low, and the consumption form and structure are single. Not conducive to the development of leisure sports; 6) among the subjective factors, many students do not know enough about leisure sports, pay enough attention to it, and can not arouse their interest. The main objective factors are that time is not allowed, the lack of space and equipment and consumption is too high, a small number of students said that physical fitness is poor, can not participate in leisure sports activities very well.
