【摘要】：物料管理是企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)中一項(xiàng)不可或缺的活動(dòng),其目的在于協(xié)調(diào)企業(yè)內(nèi)部各職能部門之間的關(guān)系,確保物料在企業(yè)中得到較好流轉(zhuǎn),取得好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,以保證企業(yè)生產(chǎn)順利進(jìn)行。物料管理是任何一個(gè)企業(yè)提高其管理水平必不可少的一環(huán)。制造企業(yè)管理的核心是對(duì)生產(chǎn)制造過程的管理,而物料管理又是生產(chǎn)制造過程管理的關(guān)鍵。由于物料在企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)中占用經(jīng)濟(jì)成本比重很大,因此,制造企業(yè)越來越重視對(duì)于物料的管理。為了改善制造業(yè)企業(yè)的物料管理現(xiàn)狀,作者所在的公司團(tuán)隊(duì)深入進(jìn)行公司一線調(diào)研,為客戶公司定制了一套針對(duì)制造業(yè)的ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning,企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃)系統(tǒng)。本文針對(duì)物料管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)項(xiàng)目,完成了系統(tǒng)的需求分析、系統(tǒng)概要設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了編碼實(shí)現(xiàn),并完成了測(cè)試工作。系統(tǒng)基于Java EE開發(fā),同時(shí)使用了 jQuery和AJAX技術(shù),系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)為B/S架構(gòu),數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)采用Oracle 11g,服務(wù)器選用WebSphere。該物料管理系統(tǒng)主要由以下4個(gè)模塊構(gòu)成:(1)基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)管理模塊:本模塊包括了采購(gòu)、倉(cāng)庫(kù)存儲(chǔ)、銷售模塊等各業(yè)務(wù)模塊共性的數(shù)據(jù)定義,同時(shí)包含了物料數(shù)據(jù)管理功能,對(duì)物料進(jìn)行最基本的數(shù)據(jù)管理。(2)采購(gòu)活動(dòng)管理模塊:本模塊為采購(gòu)活動(dòng)管理模塊,主要包括權(quán)限管理、供應(yīng)商管理、訂單管理、計(jì)劃管理和統(tǒng)計(jì)查詢等功能。(3)倉(cāng)庫(kù)存儲(chǔ)管理模塊:本模塊為倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)業(yè)務(wù)管理模塊,主要包括日常業(yè)務(wù)、倉(cāng)庫(kù)盤點(diǎn)、倉(cāng)庫(kù)賬查詢、庫(kù)存分析和庫(kù)存資金核算等功能。(4)銷售活動(dòng)管理模塊:本模塊為銷售業(yè)務(wù)管理模塊,主要包括組織結(jié)構(gòu)定義、客戶定義、產(chǎn)品分配、業(yè)務(wù)處理、銷售計(jì)劃、基本查詢和銷售查詢等功能。物料管理系統(tǒng)目前已經(jīng)成功上線,實(shí)現(xiàn)了物料管理的采購(gòu)、倉(cāng)庫(kù)存儲(chǔ)、銷售等功能模塊的功能,物料管理系統(tǒng)與客戶公司的生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)、財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)和輔助管理系統(tǒng)等共同構(gòu)成了制造企業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng)。物料管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)使實(shí)施難度變小,減少了庫(kù)存資金的占用率,提高了材料配套率。
[Abstract]:Material management is an indispensable activity in the production and management of enterprises. Its purpose is to coordinate the relationship between the various functional departments within the enterprise, to ensure the better circulation of materials in the enterprise, and to obtain good economic benefits. Material management is an indispensable part of any enterprise to improve its management level. The core of manufacturing enterprise management is the management of manufacturing process. The material management is the key of the manufacturing process management. Because the material occupies a large proportion of the economic cost in the business activities of the enterprise, therefore. Manufacturing enterprises pay more and more attention to the management of materials. In order to improve the current situation of material management in manufacturing enterprises, the company team in which the author works carries out in-depth research. A set of ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning for manufacturing has been customized for customer companies. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. For the material management system design and development project, this paper completed the system requirements analysis, system outline design, system detailed design, on the basis of the coding implementation. The system is developed based on Java EE, jQuery and AJAX technologies are used, the system architecture is B / S architecture, and the database is Oracle 11g. The server chooses WebSphere. This material management system mainly consists of the following four modules: 1) basic data management module: this module includes procurement, warehouse storage. Sales modules and other business modules common to the data definition, including material data management function. Purchasing activity management module: this module is procurement activity management module, including authority management, supplier management, order management. Storage management module: this module is warehouse business management module, including daily business, warehouse inventory, warehouse account inquiry. Inventory analysis and inventory accounting and other functions of sales activities management module: this module is the sales business management module, including organizational structure definition, customer definition, product distribution, business processing. Sales planning, basic query and sales query functions. Material management system has been successfully launched to achieve the procurement of material management, warehouse storage, sales and other functional modules. The material management system and the production management system, the financial management system and the assistant management system of the customer company constitute the ERP system of the manufacturing enterprise together. The realization of the material management system makes the implementation difficulty become smaller. Reduce the occupancy rate of stock funds, improve the material matching rate.
