【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)機械化的重要性,我們可以從近年來政府發(fā)布的一號文件中大有可觀。文件中關(guān)于農(nóng)業(yè)機械化的內(nèi)容比例逐步增加,并給予了更加大篇幅的細(xì)致指導(dǎo),擺在了更加重要的地位。改革開放以來,伴隨著經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,加之市場機制的引入,農(nóng)機化的發(fā)展之路已經(jīng)逐步與農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展之路相接軌。其水平更是作為農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化評價的重要指標(biāo)。吉林省是產(chǎn)糧大省。掌控吉林省農(nóng)業(yè)機械化的發(fā)展方向,強化對吉林省農(nóng)業(yè)機械化的支持力度,不僅從地區(qū)發(fā)展角度可以促進(jìn)吉林省農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展進(jìn)程,從長遠(yuǎn)角度更是為我國糧食安全提供了重要的保障和有力的支撐。長春市作為吉林省的省會,在吉林省的農(nóng)業(yè)機械化發(fā)展中起指導(dǎo)帶頭作用,因此對長春市農(nóng)業(yè)機械化的研究是十分必要的,是重中之重的。筆者通過調(diào)查有關(guān)長春農(nóng)機化的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。并根據(jù)調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)建立系統(tǒng)的指標(biāo)分析模型。通過對現(xiàn)今數(shù)據(jù)的客觀分析,從定性定量等多種角度對長春市農(nóng)業(yè)機械化發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行評價。找出制約其發(fā)展的問題,并給予了建議對策。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容如下:第一章,敘述農(nóng)業(yè)機械化的大背景及本篇論文選題意義,對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜合評述,繼而說明本文的研究內(nèi)容、研究目標(biāo)和研究方法。第二章,根據(jù)長春市農(nóng)業(yè)機械化發(fā)展的歷史數(shù)據(jù)資料,結(jié)合歷年統(tǒng)計年鑒的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),并從長春市農(nóng)委、農(nóng)機站等相關(guān)部門查閱獲得一手資料。從長春市的農(nóng)業(yè)機械擁有量及裝備程度、農(nóng)業(yè)機械化作業(yè)程度發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、農(nóng)機社會化服務(wù)組織的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r以及農(nóng)業(yè)機械化資金投入與經(jīng)營水平四個方面對長春市農(nóng)業(yè)機械化現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析。第三章,本篇論文基于中國農(nóng)業(yè)部發(fā)布的《農(nóng)業(yè)機械化水平評價方法》,作為評價基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合近年《吉林統(tǒng)計年鑒》、《長春統(tǒng)計年鑒》、《中國農(nóng)業(yè)機械工業(yè)統(tǒng)計年鑒》及《吉林省農(nóng)業(yè)機械化管理統(tǒng)計年報》的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),確定了綜合評價長春市農(nóng)業(yè)機械化發(fā)展程度的3個一級指標(biāo),其中包括17個二級指標(biāo)。利用綜合分析法,對長春市整體農(nóng)業(yè)機械化的發(fā)展水平和發(fā)展程度分別做了評價與分析。第四章,根據(jù)對第二章、第三章的分析,找出長春市農(nóng)業(yè)機械化存在的主要問題,并針對這些問題,提出了相應(yīng)的解決措施。第五章,總結(jié)
[Abstract]:The importance of agricultural mechanization, we can from the government in recent years worthwhile seeing release of a document in the file. Control the development direction of Agricultural Mechanization in Jilin Province, to strengthen the agricultural mechanization of Jilin Province support, not only from the area the angle of the development can promote the development of the process of agricultural modernization in Jilin Province, from the long-term perspective is an important guarantee and provides strong support for China's food security Changchun city as Jilin. The provincial capital, plays a leading role to guide the development of Agricultural Mechanization in Jilin Province, the city of Changchun agricultural mechanization is very necessary, is the priority among priorities. The relevant data of the author through the investigation on Changchun agricultural mechanization. And establish the index system analysis model, according to the survey data through the objective. The second chapter, according to the Changchun city historical data of the development of agricultural mechanization information, combined with historical statistical learning phase The related data, and from the Changchun Municipal Agricultural Commission, agricultural station and other relevant departments to obtain first-hand information. Changchun agricultural machinery from the city with the degree and the amount of equipment, the development status of agricultural mechanization degree, carries on the analysis to the Changchun status of the development of Agricultural Mechanization in agricultural social service organizations and agricultural mechanization investment and the management level of four aspects.
