山東老年大學(xué)群體的環(huán)境素養(yǎng)調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的進(jìn)步推動(dòng)著人類社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,同時(shí),也給人類帶來(lái)災(zāi)難的威脅。近年來(lái),環(huán)境污染持續(xù)加重,環(huán)境破壞不斷發(fā)生,自然資源頻遭掠奪,環(huán)境問(wèn)題已經(jīng)被看作為全球性問(wèn)題,受到世界各國(guó)的關(guān)注。在這種背景下,"環(huán)境素養(yǎng)"作為一個(gè)較為新生的概念,逐步被人們所重視。在我國(guó),環(huán)境素養(yǎng)的概念提出較晚,對(duì)環(huán)境素養(yǎng)的內(nèi)涵存在模糊的認(rèn)識(shí),對(duì)環(huán)境素養(yǎng)的調(diào)查研究也稍顯薄弱,層次不夠豐富,和西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比還有很大差距,尤其是針對(duì)老年人群體的環(huán)境素養(yǎng)調(diào)查鮮有涉及。而我國(guó)目前已經(jīng)步入了老齡化社會(huì),老年人成為社會(huì)群體愈加重要的組成部分,他們的環(huán)境素養(yǎng)狀況如何,直接影響到全社會(huì)的環(huán)境素養(yǎng)整體情況以及我國(guó)的環(huán)境保護(hù)事業(yè)。在本文中,將理論研究和實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合,對(duì)環(huán)境素養(yǎng)的概念和內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了梳理和界定,對(duì)山東老年大學(xué)群體進(jìn)行了環(huán)境素養(yǎng)測(cè)評(píng)。本文將環(huán)境素養(yǎng)分為環(huán)境情感、環(huán)境認(rèn)知、環(huán)境技能、環(huán)境行為四大部分,并以此為依據(jù)建立山東老年大學(xué)環(huán)境素養(yǎng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,對(duì)山東老年大學(xué)803名老年人進(jìn)行了環(huán)境素養(yǎng)調(diào)查,對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行了描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,并從性別、年齡、受教育水平、離崗前從業(yè)情況四方面進(jìn)行了分人口變量學(xué)差異分析。同時(shí),調(diào)查和了解了老年群體對(duì)開(kāi)展環(huán)境教育的看法。研究結(jié)果表明,山東老年大學(xué)群體已經(jīng)逐步認(rèn)識(shí)到了環(huán)境保護(hù)的重要性和緊迫性,初步產(chǎn)生了環(huán)境憂患意識(shí),表現(xiàn)出一定的環(huán)境責(zé)任感,但是還存在很多問(wèn)題:一是環(huán)境情感存在誤區(qū),二是環(huán)境知識(shí)相對(duì)匱乏,三是環(huán)境技能有待提升,四是環(huán)境行為存在偏差。對(duì)這些問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,主要原因在于老年人自身能力制約、環(huán)境教育薄弱、政府引導(dǎo)不足、法律法規(guī)約束乏力等。根據(jù)出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題和原因,對(duì)于加強(qiáng)山東老年大學(xué)群體乃至全社會(huì)老年群體的環(huán)境素養(yǎng)培育提出了對(duì)策建議。一是加強(qiáng)培養(yǎng)個(gè)人生態(tài)化行為,二是將環(huán)境素養(yǎng)納入老年教育范疇,三是強(qiáng)化政府在環(huán)境素養(yǎng)提升中的主導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:The progress of industrial economy promotes the progress of human society, at the same time, it also brings the threat of disaster to human beings. In recent years, environmental pollution continues to increase, environmental damage continues to occur, and natural resources are frequently plundered. The environmental problem has been regarded as a global problem, which has attracted the attention of all countries in the world. Under this background, "environmental literacy" as a relatively new concept, has gradually been attached importance to in our country. The concept of environmental literacy was put forward later, there is a vague understanding of the connotation of environmental literacy, the investigation and research on environmental literacy is also slightly weak, the level is not rich enough, compared with the developed countries in the West, there is still a big gap. Especially for the elderly group of environmental literacy survey rarely involved. But China has now entered an aging society, the elderly have become an increasingly important part of the social group, their environmental literacy status. It has a direct impact on the whole situation of environmental literacy of the whole society and the environmental protection cause of our country. In this paper, the concept and connotation of environmental literacy are combed and defined by combining theoretical research with empirical research. The environmental literacy is divided into four parts: environmental emotion, environmental cognition, environmental skills and environmental behavior. Based on this, the environmental literacy evaluation index system of Shandong University for the elderly was established, and a questionnaire was designed to investigate the environmental literacy of 803 elderly people in Shandong University of the aged. Descriptive statistical analysis of the results of the survey, and from the gender, age, education level, employment before leaving the job four aspects of demographic variables analysis. At the same time. The research results show that the group of Shandong elderly University has gradually recognized the importance and urgency of environmental protection, and has initially produced a sense of environmental distress. Show a certain sense of responsibility for the environment, but there are still many problems: first, there are errors in environmental emotion, second, the relative lack of environmental knowledge, and third, environmental skills need to be improved. Fourth, there are deviations in environmental behavior. The main reasons for these problems are that the old people's ability is restricted, the environmental education is weak, and the government's guidance is insufficient. The laws and regulations are weak, etc. According to the problems and reasons. The countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen the cultivation of environmental literacy in Shandong senior university and even the whole society. One is to strengthen the cultivation of individual ecological behavior, the other is to bring environmental literacy into the category of senior education. Third, strengthen the leading role of the government in the promotion of environmental literacy.
