【摘要】:農(nóng)民工是我國(guó)改革開放過程中不斷發(fā)展壯大起來(lái)的一個(gè)特殊勞動(dòng)團(tuán)體,是我國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的重要力量。在改革開放30多年來(lái),他們對(duì)改變農(nóng)村面貌和對(duì)我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展作出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)。解決農(nóng)民工就業(yè)問題也在每年的中央文件中被提出,這意味著農(nóng)民工就業(yè)問題不僅僅是一個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)問題,更是一個(gè)政治性問題。2012年以來(lái),我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展步入新常態(tài),在這樣的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展背景下,南昌市農(nóng)民工就業(yè)也突顯出一些問題,如何解決好這些問題對(duì)于南昌市的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展顯得至關(guān)重要。本論文在深入研究了南昌市農(nóng)民工在經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)前后就業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀、特點(diǎn)與問題的基礎(chǔ)上,在2015年12月,對(duì)南昌市的一縣七區(qū)的部分農(nóng)民工進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查。通過spss20、Excel等統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件,對(duì)回收的調(diào)查問卷進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的數(shù)據(jù)分析,提出解決經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)背景下南昌市農(nóng)民工就業(yè)的對(duì)策和建議。本論文通過整理南昌市在經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)前后的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展數(shù)據(jù),以及農(nóng)民工就業(yè)狀況調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),南昌在經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)背景下面臨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提速、產(chǎn)業(yè)調(diào)整加快的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,以及生產(chǎn)要素、基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)底子薄的挑戰(zhàn)。在新常態(tài)下,南昌市農(nóng)民工就業(yè)具有創(chuàng)業(yè)熱情高、市民化意愿強(qiáng)、自身期望高等特點(diǎn),也存在著低收入、低保障、工作環(huán)境差,以及社會(huì)保障、市民化、返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)、職業(yè)規(guī)劃、培訓(xùn)、家庭問題等多條就業(yè)需求。今后,南昌市應(yīng)通過健全保障農(nóng)民工就業(yè)保障體系、推動(dòng)市民化進(jìn)程、扶持創(chuàng)業(yè)、開展特色培訓(xùn)、拓寬求職渠道、關(guān)注留守人群、豐富精神生活等八條措施,提高農(nóng)民工在南昌市的就業(yè)水平和質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Migrant workers are a special labor group in the process of reform and opening up in China, and an important force in the modernization construction of our country. It has been more than 30 years since the reform and opening up. They have made great contributions to the change of rural appearance and to the social and economic development of our country, and the solution to the employment problem of migrant workers has also been put forward in the annual document of the Central Committee. This means that the employment of migrant workers is not only an economic issue, but also a political issue. Since 2012, China's economic development has entered a new normal, in such a context of economic development. The employment of migrant workers in Nanchang also highlights some problems. How to solve these problems is very important for the economic development of Nanchang. This paper deeply studies the present situation, characteristics and problems of the employment of migrant workers in Nanchang before and after the new normal economy. In December 2015, a questionnaire survey was conducted among some rural migrant workers in seven districts of a county in Nanchang city, and some statistical software such as spss20 Excel were used. The data of the collected questionnaire are analyzed in detail. This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the employment of migrant workers in Nanchang city under the background of the new normal economy. This paper collates the economic development data of Nanchang City before and after the new normal state of economy and finds out the employment situation of migrant workers. Nanchang is faced with the challenges of accelerating economic development, accelerating industrial adjustment, as well as production factors and infrastructure under the background of the new normal. Nanchang city migrant workers have high enthusiasm for entrepreneurship, strong willingness to become citizens, high expectations of their own characteristics, but also has low income, low security, poor working environment, and social security, citizenship, returning home to start a business. In the future, Nanchang City should improve the employment security system of migrant workers, promote the process of citizenship, support entrepreneurship, develop characteristic training, and broaden the channels of employment. Pay attention to the people left behind, enrich spiritual life and other eight measures to improve the employment level and quality of migrant workers in Nanchang.
