【摘要】:高校學生畢業(yè)數(shù)量呈現(xiàn)逐年增加的態(tài)勢,如何妥善解決大學生就業(yè)問題成為政府和社會關(guān)注的熱點,而引導和支持大學生參與創(chuàng)業(yè)活動是解決大學生就業(yè)問題的重要途徑之一。大學生參與創(chuàng)業(yè)活動,不僅能夠解決自身和他人的就業(yè)問題,發(fā)揮自身所學的專業(yè)知識技能,而且還能在拉動經(jīng)濟增長、增加政府稅收等方面為社會做出貢獻。為此我國各級政府相繼出臺多項優(yōu)惠政策促進大學生參與創(chuàng)業(yè)活動。如不僅為大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)者提供稅收減免、無息貸款、免費提供創(chuàng)業(yè)場地以及打造大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)孵化園等支持措施,而且在學業(yè)方面允許在校大學生保留學籍休學創(chuàng)業(yè)、實行彈性學分制以及開設(shè)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程,全方位支持大學生積極參與創(chuàng)業(yè)活動,尤其是在李克強總理提出"大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新"號召后,支持大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)活動優(yōu)惠措施更加明顯。但是,面對如此優(yōu)惠的政策,我國高校大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)率依然較低。因此,深入研究大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿影響因素對于分析大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)率低的原因具有很強的積極作用。本文的研究內(nèi)容主要有:第一章為緒論,明確了本文的研究背景與研究目的、研究內(nèi)容、研究意義和研究框架以及可能的創(chuàng)新點;第二章為文獻綜述,對創(chuàng)業(yè)教育、創(chuàng)業(yè)政策以及創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿理論文獻進行相應的梳理,對現(xiàn)有大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿影響因素模型進行相應的歸納,分析現(xiàn)有理論模型中的不足之處;第三章為假設(shè)提出與理論模型構(gòu)建,首先分析創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿與創(chuàng)業(yè)政策、創(chuàng)業(yè)教育之間的關(guān)系;其次在參考以往創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿模型的基礎(chǔ)之上,結(jié)合"大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新"背景構(gòu)建本文的理論模型,并且提出相應的研究假設(shè);第四章為問卷調(diào)查與實證分析,選取以往學者使用較為成熟的量表,運用統(tǒng)計軟件對研究假設(shè)進行檢驗。第五章為研究結(jié)論與展望,根據(jù)實證檢驗結(jié)果進行相應的分析,得出結(jié)論和啟示,總結(jié)研究的不足之處以及對未來后續(xù)研究的展望。本文在基于計劃行為理論(TPB理論)模型的基礎(chǔ)之上,結(jié)合"大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新"背景,引入創(chuàng)業(yè)教育、創(chuàng)業(yè)政策兩個變量,構(gòu)建出更具中國情景的大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿影響因素模型。首先運用理論推理提出相應的研究假設(shè),其次采用SPSS21.0檢驗驗證各測量指標的穩(wěn)定性與合理性,并對研究假設(shè)進行檢驗。研究結(jié)果顯示,(1)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育對增強大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿具有顯著作用,良好的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育能夠提高大學生的創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿;(2)創(chuàng)業(yè)政策對增強大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿具有顯著作用,即創(chuàng)業(yè)政策越完善,大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿就越強烈;(3)創(chuàng)業(yè)態(tài)度、主觀規(guī)范和感知行為控制力在創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿之間起中介作用;(4)創(chuàng)業(yè)態(tài)度、主觀規(guī)范和感知行為控制力在創(chuàng)業(yè)政策與創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿之間起中介作用。
[Abstract]:The number of graduate students in Colleges and universities has increased year by year the situation, how to properly solve the employment problem of college students has become the focus of attention of the government and society, and guide and support the students' participation in entrepreneurial activities is one of the important ways to solve the employment problem of College Students. College students to participate in the business activities, not only can solve the employment problems of their own and others, to play their own professional learning knowledge and skills, but also in the economic growth, increasing government revenue and make contribution to the society. So our government has introduced a number of preferential policies to promote college students to participate in the business activities. Such as not only for college student entrepreneurs to provide tax relief, interest free loans, free to provide business venues and build students' venture incubator support measures but in the academic aspect allows college students retain the school drop out of business, the implementation of flexible credit system and open Set up enterprise education curriculum, all-round support students to actively participate in business activities, especially in the premier Li Keqiang proposed to "public entrepreneurship, innovation" call, support studentsentrepreneurialactivity incentives more obvious. However, in the face of such preferential policies, China's high school students entrepreneurship rate is still low. Therefore, the factors influencing college students entrepreneurship intend to research on the causes of College Students' Entrepreneurship rate has a strong positive effect. The main contents of this paper are: the first chapter is the introduction, clarifies the research background and the research purpose, research contents, research significance and research framework and possible innovation; the second chapter is a literature review on entrepreneurship education business policy and entrepreneurial intention, theory of literature for the corresponding comb, the corresponding induction of the existing model of factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of college students, analysis of existing theory The deficiencies in the model; the third chapter is the construction of the hypothesis and the theoretical model, first analysis of entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial policy, relationship between entrepreneurship education; secondly on the basis of previous entrepreneurial intention model, combined with the "public business model innovation," the construction background of this paper, and put forward the corresponding research hypothesis; fourth chapter is the analysis of questionnaire and empirical selection, scholars use mature scale, using statistical software to test the research hypothesis. The fifth chapter is conclusion and prospect, according to the analysis of empirical results, draw conclusions and enlightenment, summarizes the research deficiencies and prospects of future research in this paper. In based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB theory) on the basis of a model, combined with the public venture, the highly innovative background of entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship policy two variables, construct A model of factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of college students is more Chinese situation. First using the theory put forward the corresponding research hypotheses, followed by SPSS21.0 test to verify the stability of the measurement index and the rationality, and to test the hypothesis of this research. The results showed that (1) the pioneering education plays a significant role in enhancing the entrepreneurial intention of college students, entrepreneurship education good to improve college students' entrepreneurial intention; (2) entrepreneurship policy has significant effect on enhancing the entrepreneurial intention of college students, namely the entrepreneurship policy more perfect, the entrepreneurial intention of college students is more intense; (3) entrepreneurial attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavior control plays a mediating role between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention; (4) attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavior control plays a mediating role between entrepreneurship policy and entrepreneurial intention.
