【摘要】:隨著國家創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動戰(zhàn)略的實施,我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展已步入“新常態(tài)”,機遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存,社會的發(fā)展對創(chuàng)新型人才的需求與日俱增。作為未來祖國建設(shè)的主力軍,大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新能力與國家的政治、經(jīng)濟、文化、社會及生態(tài)文明的發(fā)展息息相關(guān)。在“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新”的國家戰(zhàn)略背景下,高校大學(xué)生掀起了自主創(chuàng)業(yè)的浪潮,大學(xué)生積極創(chuàng)業(yè)不僅能夠解決自身的就業(yè)難題,還能提供更多的就業(yè)崗位,解決更多大學(xué)生的就業(yè)問題。目的:本文通過文獻資料研究和廣西高校在校大學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查,了解當(dāng)前廣西高校在校大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿、創(chuàng)業(yè)能力、高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育、政府創(chuàng)業(yè)政策等方面的現(xiàn)狀。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析廣西高校在校大學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)所面臨的問題及困難,針對存在的問題提出相應(yīng)的對策,為廣西高校大學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供參考依據(jù)。方法:抽取廣西高校1200名在校大學(xué)生進行問卷調(diào)查,同時選取10名自主創(chuàng)業(yè)在校大學(xué)生進行訪談,了解廣西高校在校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的總體情況以及他們在自主創(chuàng)業(yè)過程中面臨的困難和所需要的幫助。運用EpiData和SPSS對數(shù)據(jù)進行匯總和處理,并對調(diào)查結(jié)果進行統(tǒng)計描述分析,對訪談結(jié)果進行總結(jié)整理。結(jié)果:通過問卷調(diào)查、訪談及相關(guān)文獻研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)高校在校大學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)所面臨的問題和困難主要涵蓋以下幾個方面:一是受傳統(tǒng)擇業(yè)觀束縛,大學(xué)生普遍看重“鐵飯碗”,大多“謹慎”選擇創(chuàng)業(yè);二是大學(xué)生對自主創(chuàng)業(yè)缺乏信心,認為自身實踐經(jīng)驗不足、缺乏創(chuàng)業(yè)能力;三是在校大學(xué)生群體沒有固定收入,創(chuàng)業(yè)資金來源渠道較為單一,承擔(dān)風(fēng)險能力較差;四是高校過分看重“就業(yè)率”,創(chuàng)業(yè)教育理念與實踐墨守成規(guī),忽視創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的重要性;五是高,F(xiàn)有的創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐基地建設(shè)參差不齊、缺乏完整機制,未能較好的實現(xiàn)科技成果的轉(zhuǎn)化;六是在校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)相關(guān)政策知曉度低,政府創(chuàng)業(yè)政策宣傳力度不夠,創(chuàng)業(yè)服務(wù)體系不完善。結(jié)論:當(dāng)前廣西高校在校大學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)正處于起步與探索階段,存在諸多問題,針對存在的問題,提出以下幾點對策建議:一是全社會營造良好的創(chuàng)業(yè)氛圍,從政策引導(dǎo)、輿論導(dǎo)向、宣傳力度等方面鼓勵大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè);二是大學(xué)生要積極參與到各種創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐活動中去,提升自己的創(chuàng)業(yè)能力和素質(zhì);三是要以政府力量為主導(dǎo),拓寬大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)融資渠道,建立相關(guān)創(chuàng)業(yè)風(fēng)險擔(dān)保體系,減少創(chuàng)業(yè)投資風(fēng)險;四是高校通過建立專業(yè)化的創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)師團隊、構(gòu)建實踐教學(xué)平臺,將實踐教學(xué)與理論教學(xué)相結(jié)合;五是加大對創(chuàng)業(yè)基地的建設(shè)投入,不斷完善創(chuàng)業(yè)基地的“硬件”和“軟件”;六是逐步完善政府、高校和社會的三方聯(lián)動機制,形成強有力的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)服務(wù)合力。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the national innovation-driven strategy, China's economic development has entered the "new normal", opportunities and challenges coexist, and the demand for innovative talents is increasing with the development of society. The innovation ability of college students is closely related to the development of national politics, economy, culture, society and ecological civilization. College students set off a wave of independent entrepreneurship, college students can not only solve their own employment problems, but also provide more jobs. Objective: through the literature research and the investigation of the present situation of Guangxi university students' independent entrepreneurship, we can understand the current Guangxi college students' entrepreneurial willingness and entrepreneurial ability. On the basis of this, this paper analyzes the problems and difficulties faced by the college students in Guangxi, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures against the existing problems. Methods: 1 200 college students in Guangxi were selected for questionnaire survey and 10 self-employed college students were interviewed. To understand the general situation of college students in Guangxi, as well as the difficulties they face in the process of independent entrepreneurship and the help they need. Using EpiData and SPSS to collect and process the data. And the results of the survey were statistically described and analyzed, and the results of the interviews were summarized. Results: through questionnaires, interviews and related literature research. It is found that the problems and difficulties faced by college students in self-employment mainly cover the following aspects: first, under the constraints of the traditional view of career selection, college students generally value "iron rice bowl", and most of them "carefully" choose to start a business; Second, college students lack confidence in independent entrepreneurship, think that their own practical experience is insufficient, lack of entrepreneurial ability; Third, there is no fixed income for college students, the source of venture capital is relatively single, and the ability to bear risks is poor; Fourth, colleges and universities pay too much attention to the "employment rate", the idea and practice of entrepreneurship education, ignoring the importance of entrepreneurship education; Fifth, the construction of existing entrepreneurial practice bases in colleges and universities is uneven, lacking of complete mechanism, and failing to achieve the transformation of scientific and technological achievements; Sixth, college students know less about entrepreneurship policies, government entrepreneurship policy propaganda is not enough, entrepreneurship service system is not perfect. Conclusion: at present, Guangxi college students' independent entrepreneurship is at the beginning and exploration stage. There are many problems, according to the existing problems, put forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: first, the whole society to create a good atmosphere for entrepreneurship, from the policy guidance, public opinion guidance, publicity and other aspects to encourage college students to start a business; Second, college students should actively participate in various entrepreneurial activities to improve their entrepreneurial ability and quality; Third, we should take the government as the leading force, widen the channel of university students' venture capital, establish the guarantee system of the related venture risk, reduce the risk of venture capital; Fourthly, colleges and universities combine practical teaching with theoretical teaching by setting up a professional team of entrepreneurial tutors and constructing a practical teaching platform. Fifth, increase investment in the construction of entrepreneurial base, and constantly improve the "hardware" and "software" of the entrepreneurial base; Sixth, the tripartite linkage mechanism between government, university and society should be gradually perfected to form a strong cooperative force of entrepreneurial service for college students.
