【摘要】：借鑒世界網(wǎng)球強(qiáng)國成功經(jīng)驗,數(shù)量充足的高水平后備人才持續(xù)供給是根本保障。因此,中國網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動持續(xù)健康發(fā)展離不開青少年后備人才隊伍建設(shè)。近年來合肥市網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動蓬勃發(fā)展,其中安徽女子網(wǎng)球注冊選手朱琳打進(jìn)2017年澳網(wǎng)正賽,以及安徽女子網(wǎng)球隊首次奪得2016年全國網(wǎng)球團(tuán)體錦標(biāo)賽冠軍,為安徽網(wǎng)球?qū)崿F(xiàn)了重大的歷史突破,同時群眾網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動不斷普及。在取得成績的同時,合肥市網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動發(fā)展也存在一些客觀問題�；诖�,本文以合肥市青少年業(yè)余網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動員為研究對象,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法、實地調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等方法,以合肥市網(wǎng)球協(xié)會各理事單位培訓(xùn)班、合肥市網(wǎng)球俱樂部和學(xué)校業(yè)余網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動員、教練員為抽樣問卷調(diào)查對象,共收集有效問卷217份,其中運(yùn)動員188份,教練員29份。并對分管網(wǎng)球項目的相關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、領(lǐng)隊等進(jìn)行采訪。對調(diào)查的數(shù)據(jù)信息進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的統(tǒng)計和分析,力圖真實客觀反映出合肥市青少年業(yè)余網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動員培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀,并對存在的問題提出針對性對策,繼而為進(jìn)一步推動合肥市青少年網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動的健康發(fā)展提供理論依據(jù)。通過對合肥市青少年業(yè)余網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動員培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)研和分析得出以下結(jié)論:1.合肥市青少年業(yè)余網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動員學(xué)訓(xùn)矛盾突出。文化課和升學(xué)的壓力,導(dǎo)致參與網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動的青少年較少,青少年業(yè)余網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動員后備人才隊伍不足。2.合肥市從事青少年業(yè)余網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動員訓(xùn)練的教練員多以自身經(jīng)驗判斷為主而進(jìn)行選材,缺乏有組織有規(guī)模的科學(xué)化選材方式。3.家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)條件的制約,導(dǎo)致很多合肥市普通工薪家庭無法正常滿足青少年參與業(yè)余網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動訓(xùn)練的需求。4.合肥市體育部門在宣傳和普及網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動方面力度不足,造成網(wǎng)球社會化程度不高,尚未形成良好的網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動發(fā)展氛圍。5.合肥市區(qū)可利用的網(wǎng)球場地較少且利用率較低,市內(nèi)大部分高校網(wǎng)球場地不對外開放,造成網(wǎng)球場地空閑,資源浪費(fèi)。6.合肥市從事青少年業(yè)余網(wǎng)球訓(xùn)練的教練員管理體系不健全,教練員執(zhí)教水平和隊伍建設(shè)尚需要提高。7.省市網(wǎng)球協(xié)會尚未充分發(fā)揮其職能作用,各種類型的青少年業(yè)余網(wǎng)球比賽舉辦較少。
[Abstract]:From the successful experience of world tennis power, high level talents a sufficient number of continuous supply is the fundamental guarantee. Therefore, Chinese tennis cannot do without the construction of sustainable and healthy development of reserve personnel. In recent years, Hefei city youth tennis movement development, the Anhui women's tennis player Zhu Lin scored in the 2017 Australian Open Registration race, and Anhui women's tennis team for the first time in 2016 the national tennis team won the championship, achieved a major breakthrough in the history of Anhui tennis, while the masses tennis popularity. At the same time, there are also some objective problems in Hefei city tennis movement development. Based on this, this paper takes Hefei city youth amateur tennis athletes as the research object, using the method of literature, questionnaire the investigation method, expert interview method, on-the-spot investigation method, mathematical statistics method, to the Hefei Tennis Association director unit The training class, Hefei city The Racquet Club Hotel and school amateur tennis athletes, coaches for sampling questionnaire survey, 217 valid questionnaires were collected, including 188 athletes, 29 coaches. And related leadership in charge of the tennis program, the leader of the interview. Statistics and analysis system of survey data, tries to objectively reflect the status of teenagers amateur tennis athletes training in Hefei City, and the problems put forward some countermeasures, which provide a theoretical basis for further promoting the healthy development of Hefei's youth tennis movement. Through the investigation and analysis of current situation of the training of Hefei teenagers amateur tennis players to draw the following conclusions: 1. Hefei youth amateur tennis athletes learn prominent contradictions. Culture and academic pressures, to participate in the tennis movement young teenagers amateur tennis less. Mobilization of reserve talents shortage in Hefei,.2. youth amateur tennis athletes training coaches in their own experiences which are lack of material, restricting the.3. family economic conditions organized scientific selection methods, causing families to ordinary workers in Hefei city can not meet the normal salary of many young people to participate in amateur tennis training requirement of Hefei.4. the sports department efforts in the promotion and popularization of tennis sports is insufficient, resulting in tennis socialization degree is not high, the tennis court has not yet formed a good atmosphere of tennis development in Hefei city.5. can use less and the utilization rate is low, most of the city's universities tennis is not open, causing free tennis, engaged in youth amateur tennis training the waste of resources in Hefei city.6. coaches management system is not perfect, the teaching level of the coaches and team building needs In order to improve the functional role of the Tennis Association of.7. provinces and cities, the various types of juvenile amateur tennis competitions are held less.
