【摘要】：我國是全球最大的發(fā)展中國家,經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)迅猛發(fā)展向人類賴以生存的自然界發(fā)出嚴(yán)重警示,環(huán)境污染日趨嚴(yán)重,成為當(dāng)今社會的主流問題。嚴(yán)重的生態(tài)污染對人類身心造成不可估量的危害,據(jù)統(tǒng)計2016年我國大部分地區(qū)均遭受"霧霾"天氣的嚴(yán)重影響,"霧霾"一詞頻頻出現(xiàn),成為民眾關(guān)切的焦點(diǎn),從而衍生的肺部疾病也呈現(xiàn)出不同情況地上升趨勢,嚴(yán)重威脅到人類的健康發(fā)展。如何高效改善惡劣的生態(tài)環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀,把控生態(tài)建設(shè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一健康發(fā)展,成為我國一直努力研究的課題,生態(tài)文明建設(shè)也成為我黨和政府重視的問題之一。黨的十八大報告首次將生態(tài)文明建設(shè)放置突出地位,將其同"經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化、社會"共同構(gòu)建"五位一體"的具有中國特色社會主義發(fā)展建設(shè)布局。2016年政府工作報告把"加快改善生態(tài)環(huán)境"納入"十三五"規(guī)劃的重要目標(biāo),推動綠色生產(chǎn)生活方式,建設(shè)天藍(lán)、地綠、水清的美麗中國成為我們長期以來奮斗的目標(biāo)。朱德雖然沒有明確定義關(guān)于"生態(tài)文明建設(shè)"的概念,但他始終十分關(guān)注生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)問題,同時也提出了一系列立足于我國國情的生態(tài)文明建設(shè)方面的舉措。其思想內(nèi)容見于新中國成立初期,朱德深入實(shí)際去我國大部分地區(qū)視察工作時,在堅守實(shí)事求是進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究時所形成的講話、報告、書信、批語等,特別是他將生態(tài)文明建設(shè)融入經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)之中的發(fā)展目標(biāo),成為新時期我國生態(tài)發(fā)展的"藍(lán)本",也對我國的生態(tài)文明建設(shè)起到了重要的指導(dǎo)作用。本文以馬克思主義為指導(dǎo),綜合分析朱德生態(tài)文明建設(shè)思想的產(chǎn)生、內(nèi)容,并在此基礎(chǔ)上探索其對當(dāng)代的啟示,主要分為三個部分進(jìn)行闡述:第一部分,朱德生態(tài)文明建設(shè)思想的產(chǎn)生。主要從朱德生態(tài)文明建設(shè)思想的理論淵源、歷史背景以及形成過程二個方面進(jìn)行闡述,對其背景進(jìn)行較為清晰的梳理。第二部分,朱德生態(tài)文明建設(shè)思想的內(nèi)容。該部分系統(tǒng)論述了朱德生態(tài)文明建設(shè)思想主要涵蓋的兒個方面,詳細(xì)分析其生態(tài)思想包括的諸多方面以及之間存在的關(guān)聯(lián),使之成為一個系統(tǒng)的體系。第三部分,朱德生態(tài)文明建設(shè)思想的當(dāng)代啟示。該部分基于第一、第二部分研究基礎(chǔ)之]上,著重分析了朱德生態(tài)文明建設(shè)思想對當(dāng)今生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的理論和實(shí)踐啟示。
[Abstract]:China is the largest developing country in the world, the rapid development of economic construction to the human survival of the natural world issued a serious warning, environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious. The serious ecological pollution has caused inestimable harm to human body and mind. According to statistics, in 2016, most areas of our country were seriously affected by "haze" weather. The word "haze" appeared frequently and became the focus of public concern, and the resulting lung diseases also showed a different trend of increase. It is a serious threat to the healthy development of human beings. How to improve the current situation of the bad ecological environment efficiently, and how to control the ecological construction and the economic construction to develop healthily and harmoniously has become the research topic of our country all the time. The construction of ecological civilization has also become one of the problems that our party and government attach importance to. For the first time, the report of the 18 National Congress of the Party puts the construction of ecological civilization in a prominent position, which is regarded as "economy, politics and culture." In 2016, the government report put "speeding up the improvement of the ecological environment" into the important goal of the 13th Five-Year Plan. Promoting the green production and life style and building a beautiful China with blue, green and clear water has been our goal for a long time. Zhu De has not clearly defined the concept of "construction of ecological civilization". However, he has always paid close attention to the construction of ecological environment, and has also put forward a series of measures on the construction of ecological civilization based on the national conditions of our country, the ideological content of which can be seen in the early days of the founding of New China. When Zhu de actually went to most of our country to inspect the work, the speech, report, letter, criticism and so on formed when he insisted on seeking truth from facts for investigation and study. In particular, his goal of integrating the construction of ecological civilization into economic construction has become the "blueprint" for the ecological development of our country in the new period. It also plays an important guiding role in the construction of ecological civilization in China. This paper, guided by Marxism, comprehensively analyzes the emergence and content of Zhu De's thought of ecological civilization construction. And on this basis to explore its inspiration to the contemporary, mainly divided into three parts: the first part, the emergence of Zhu de's ecological civilization construction thought, mainly from the theoretical origin of Zhu de's ecological civilization construction thought. The historical background and the formation of the two aspects of the elaboration, the background of a relatively clear combing. The second part. The content of Zhu De's ecological civilization construction thought. This part systematically discusses the main aspects covered by Zhu De's ecological civilization construction thought, and analyzes in detail many aspects of his ecological thought including and the relationship between them. Make it a systematic system. The third part, the contemporary enlightenment of Zhu de's ecological civilization construction. This part is based on the first part, the second part of the research foundation. This paper emphatically analyzes the theoretical and practical enlightenment of Zhu de's ecological civilization construction to today's ecological civilization construction.
