【摘要】：鋼筋混凝土被大量用于永久性結(jié)構(gòu),如:碼頭、堤防護(hù)岸、擋土墻、防波堤等。施工過程中需要支模、拆模等一系列繁瑣程序,施工工期長(zhǎng)、材料浪費(fèi)、耗能大,施工困難,而3D混凝土打印技術(shù)不需要支模、拆模等一系列繁瑣程序,制造時(shí)間降低1/10~1/5,費(fèi)用降低到1/3左右,相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)方式具有價(jià)格低、耗能小、綠色環(huán)保、高效、安全等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。3D混凝土打印技術(shù)在大型工程施工領(lǐng)域還處于實(shí)驗(yàn)研究階段,但非常具有研究?jī)r(jià)值。雖然我國(guó)3D混凝土打印技術(shù)處于起步階段,但隨著3D混凝土打印技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,不久的將來(lái),3D混凝土打印技術(shù)將成為現(xiàn)實(shí),3D混凝土打印將會(huì)給工程施工帶來(lái)巨大變革。
