層理板巖巴西劈裂破壞模式的方向效應(yīng)研究

【摘要】：以貴州銅仁市某礦山層理板巖為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其微觀結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行觀測(cè)分析,然后選取7組不同θ角(加載方向與層理法向夾角)試樣進(jìn)行巴西劈裂試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:在微觀結(jié)構(gòu)上,赤鐵礦等剛性顆粒呈基底式膠結(jié)于黏土礦物中,層理面為軟弱面;板巖的破壞模式存在顯著方向效應(yīng),抗拉強(qiáng)度隨夾角增大而減小;破壞模式總體上可分為4類,θ為0°時(shí)是基質(zhì)拉伸型破壞,基質(zhì)被逐層劈裂致使試樣破壞,抗拉強(qiáng)度最大;θ為15°和30°時(shí)為基質(zhì)拉剪型破壞,主要由于破壞面處的剪應(yīng)力大于板巖基質(zhì)的剪切強(qiáng)度致使試樣破壞;θ為45°、60°、75°時(shí)為層理拉剪型破壞,層理面處的剪應(yīng)力大于剪切強(qiáng)度時(shí)發(fā)生破壞;θ為90°時(shí)為層理拉伸型破壞,此時(shí)完全由于層面受張拉而破壞。

[Abstract]:Taking the bedding slate of a mine in Tongren City, Guizhou Province as the research object, the microstructure of the slate was observed and analyzed, and then seven groups of samples with different 胃 angles (the angle between the loading direction and the normal direction of bedding) were selected to carry out Brazil split test. The results show that in the microstructure, the rigid particles such as hematite are cemented in clay minerals in the form of foundation, and the bedding surface is weak, and the failure mode of slate has a significant directional effect, and the tensile strength decreases with the increase of the angle, and the failure mode can be divided into four types as a whole, the matrix is tensile failure when theta is 0 擄, and the tensile strength of the sample is the highest when the matrix is split layer by layer. When theta is 15 擄and 30 擄, it is matrix tensile shear failure, mainly because the shear stress at the failure surface is greater than the shear strength of slate matrix, when theta is 45 擄, 60 擄, 75 擄, it is bedding tensile failure, when theta is 45 擄, 60 擄, 75 擄, the shear stress at the bedding surface is greater than the shear strength, and when the theta is 90 擄, it is the bedding tensile failure, which is completely due to the tension of the plane.
