鋼筋黏結性能對鋼筋混凝土梁抗剪性能影響

【摘要】:和傳統(tǒng)鋼筋相比,廣泛應用于耐腐蝕工程中的表面涂層加工鋼筋的黏結性能必然會發(fā)生變化,由此產(chǎn)生的對鋼筋混凝土(以下簡稱RC)梁構件的承載機制和破壞模式的影響還未被揭示.另外,還存在由于箍筋銹蝕引起的黏結退化對RC梁的抗剪性能的影響,以及以往的研究存在的分歧.鑒于此,通過實驗就表面涂層縱向受拉鋼筋的黏結性能變化以及不同形式箍筋的黏結退化對RC梁的抗剪性能的影響展開研究.研究結果表明:表面涂層加工縱向受拉鋼筋的黏結性能的變化基本上對RC梁的承載機制、破壞模式以及承載力等承載性能不產(chǎn)生影響;箍筋形式以及其黏結退化與否對RC梁的承載力影響不大,但相對于開口型箍筋,閉合型箍筋對斜裂縫開口變化有更好的約束作用.
[Abstract]:Compared with the traditional steel bar, the bonding performance of the surface coated steel bar, which is widely used in corrosion resistance engineering, is bound to change, and the influence on the bearing mechanism and failure mode of reinforced concrete (RC) beam members has not been revealed. In addition, there are also the effects of bonding degradation caused by hoop corrosion on the shear properties of RC beams, as well as the differences in previous studies. In view of this, the changes of bonding properties of longitudinal tension steel bars coated with surface and the effects of bonding degradation of different forms of hoops on the shear properties of RC beams are studied by experiments. The results show that the change of bonding performance of longitudinal tension steel bar machined by surface coating has no effect on the bearing mechanism, failure mode and bearing capacity of RC beam, but the form of hoop and its bonding degradation have little effect on the bearing capacity of RC beam, but the closed hoop has better restraint effect on the change of oblique crack opening than that of open type hoop.
