【摘要】：以鋼管混凝土暗柱連接節(jié)點(diǎn)為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)試驗(yàn)研究和數(shù)值分析全面考察圓鋼管約束高強(qiáng)灌漿料在局部沖切作用下的力學(xué)性能和工作機(jī)理。在試驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用ABAQUS有限元軟件,建立分段模型(Multi-Section Model簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)"MSM"),對(duì)圓鋼管約束高強(qiáng)灌漿料的6組試件進(jìn)行了數(shù)值分析。將計(jì)算結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)比分析,觀察試件的破壞形態(tài),并研究了沖切角、鋼管高度、鋼管壁厚和高強(qiáng)灌漿料強(qiáng)度等因素對(duì)試件極限承載力的影響。結(jié)果表明:試件沿沖切面,呈錐形破壞;數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合較好;增大鋼管壁厚、灌漿料強(qiáng)度、鋼管高度和沖切角均可提高極限承載力,其中沖切角的影響較為顯著。
[Abstract]:Taking the joint of concrete-filled steel tubular dark column as the research object, the mechanical properties and working mechanism of high strength grouting material confined by circular steel tube under local punching and cutting are investigated through experimental study and numerical analysis. On the basis of the experiment, the piecewise model (Multi-Section Model referred to as "MSM") is established by using ABAQUS finite element software, and the numerical analysis of six groups of specimens with confined high strength grouting material for circular steel pipe is carried out. The calculated results are compared with the experimental results, and the failure patterns of the specimens are observed, and the effects of punching angle, steel pipe height, steel pipe wall thickness and high strength grouting material strength on the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimens are studied. The results show that the specimen is conical along the punching section, and the numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results. The ultimate bearing capacity can be increased by increasing the wall thickness of steel pipe, grouting strength, steel pipe height and punching angle, among which the impact of punching angle is more significant.
