一種吸附式空氣取水裝置的性能實(shí)驗(yàn)

【摘要】:基于大氣中水的吸附與解吸循環(huán),設(shè)計(jì)出吸附式空氣取水裝置,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。該裝置主要由太陽能集熱器、吸附床和冷凝器等組成。晚上吸附劑吸附空氣中的水,白天由太陽能提供熱量進(jìn)行解吸。實(shí)驗(yàn)制備了硅膠(SC)-CaCl_2、SC-LiCl、活性炭纖維氈(ACF)-CaCl_2、ACF-LiCl 4種新型復(fù)合吸附劑,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試。結(jié)果表明:由ACF制備的復(fù)合吸附劑性能比由SC制備的復(fù)合吸附劑性能要好;ACF-LiCl的吸附與解吸性能最好,在吸附床出口溫度為90℃時(shí),解吸6h的產(chǎn)水率是0.412kg水·(kg吸附劑)~(-1)。
[Abstract]:Based on the adsorption and desorption cycle of water in the atmosphere, an adsorption air water intake device was designed and studied experimentally. The device is mainly composed of solar collector, adsorption bed and condenser. At night, the absorbent absorbs water from the air and is desorbed by solar energy during the day. Four new composite adsorbents of silica gel (SC)-CaCl_2,SC-LiCl, activated carbon fiber felt (ACF)-CaCl_2,ACF-LiCl were prepared and tested. The results show that the performance of the composite adsorbents prepared by ACF is better than that prepared by SC. The adsorption and desorption properties of ACF-LiCl are the best.
