中交國際中心超高層塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)設計

【摘要】:中交國際中心位于成都市天府新區(qū)中央商務區(qū)漢州路東側(cè),項目用地為商務設施用地,總建筑面積為159972m2,地上39層,結(jié)構(gòu)總高213.1m,其中混凝土主體高170.3m,以上為40m高的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)塔冠。主體采用現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,結(jié)構(gòu)屬于超B級高度的超限高層建筑,同時存在局部樓層樓板不連續(xù)、斜柱、穿層柱等不利情況,此外位于屋頂?shù)乃诓捎娩摻Y(jié)構(gòu)門式造型,其與主體塔樓的結(jié)構(gòu)差異給結(jié)構(gòu)設計帶來了一定的難度。通過多種方法手段進行計算分析,結(jié)合抗震規(guī)范的相關要求,采用了基于性能的抗震設計方法,對結(jié)構(gòu)進行了靜力彈性以及動力彈塑性時程分析,并提出了相應的抗震加強措施,為同類結(jié)構(gòu)的設計提供了參考。
[Abstract]:China Jiaotong International Center is located on the eastern side of Hanzhou Road, Central Business District, Tianfu New District, Chengdu City. The project site is commercial facilities land, with a total construction area of 159972m2, 39 floors above ground, and a total structural height of 213.1m, of which the main concrete body is 170.3m high. Above is 40 m high steel structure tower crown. The main body adopts the cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure system. The structure belongs to the super-high-rise building with the height of Class B. At the same time, there are some unfavorable conditions, such as discontinuous floor, inclined column, through-story column, and so on. In addition, the structural difference between the roof and the main tower has brought some difficulties to the structural design. The static elastic and dynamic elasto-plastic time history analysis of the structure is carried out by using the performance-based seismic design method according to the relevant requirements of the seismic code and various methods for calculating and analyzing, and the dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis of the structure is made. The corresponding anti-seismic measures are put forward to provide reference for the design of similar structures.
