SMA節(jié)點自回復(fù)性能的有限元研究

【摘要】:已有研究顯示,角鋼尺寸對SMA節(jié)點滯回耗能和自回復(fù)性能有很大的影響,施加初始預(yù)應(yīng)變可以顯著改善節(jié)點小變形下的力學(xué)行為。為了進一步討論螺桿預(yù)應(yīng)變和角鋼尺寸對SMA節(jié)點自回復(fù)性能的影響,分別以螺桿預(yù)應(yīng)變、角鋼承載力比為參數(shù)設(shè)計了一系列SMA節(jié)點,采用ANSYS14.5對上述節(jié)點進行有限元模擬,并分別從剛度、強度、延性、滯回耗能和自回復(fù)性能等五個方面討論螺桿預(yù)應(yīng)變和角鋼承載力比對SMA節(jié)點抗震性能的影響。有限元結(jié)果表明:SMA節(jié)點殘余層間位移角和滯回耗能量均與角鋼承載力比近似呈線性關(guān)系;施加初始預(yù)應(yīng)變可以明顯改善節(jié)點初始剛度、提高節(jié)點極限承載力和自回復(fù)性能,但不能保證節(jié)點在大層間位移角下的延性。
[Abstract]:Previous studies have shown that the size of angle steel has a great influence on hysteretic energy consumption and self-recovery performance of SMA joints. The mechanical behavior of joints under small deformation can be significantly improved by applying initial pre-strain. In order to further discuss the influence of screw pre-strain and angle size on the self-recovery performance of SMA joints, a series of SMA joints were designed with screw pre-strain and angle steel bearing capacity ratio as parameters, and the finite element simulation of these joints was carried out by ANSYS14.5. The effects of screw pre-strain and bearing capacity ratio of angle steel on the seismic performance of SMA joints are discussed from the aspects of stiffness, strength, ductility, hysteretic energy dissipation and self-recovery performance. The results of finite element analysis show that the residual displacement angle and hysteretic energy of SMA joints are linearly related to the bearing capacity ratio of angle steel. Initial pre-strain can obviously improve the initial stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity and self-recovery performance of the joint, but it can not guarantee the ductility of the joint under the displacement angle between large floors.
