SI住宅建設(shè)過程多主體協(xié)同機制研究
[Abstract]:The housing industry plays an important role in the whole national economy. The development of sustainable housing plays an important role in saving resources, energy, reducing environmental pollution, saving social wealth and promoting the sustainable development of a plurality of industries. In order to overcome the problems of large energy consumption, short service life, difficult maintenance and waste of secondary decoration in our country, to improve the quality and the comprehensive value of the house, and to realize the sustainable development of the housing industry, China has introduced the SI (Skeaton and Infill) residential system since 2006. Because the SI house in China is still in the early stage of development, the degree of synergy between the investment and development unit, R & D design unit, construction assembly unit, material/ part/ equipment production and supply unit is low, and the application of the SI residential system is seriously restricted. In order to clarify the influencing factors of the participation of various stakeholders in the construction process of the SI housing and to improve the enthusiasm of the participants, this paper establishes the multi-body coordination mechanism in the construction of the SI housing construction, coordinates the mode of cooperation and the benefit relation among the participating entities, so as to promote the rapid development of the SI residential system. Normative development. The main research work includes the following aspects: (1) based on the system theory and the synergetics theory, the system components and features of the multi-subject coordination in the construction of the SI house are defined; In this paper, the main factors that influence the multi-body coordination of SI housing construction in China are studied by means of the combination of the literature investigation and the field investigation. According to the results of the investigation and analysis, the research dimension of the multi-body coordination in the construction of the SI housing is determined from the actual demand angle of the participating subject: The relationship between the meaning of each dimension and the mutual coupling is discussed in the paper. (2) According to the characteristics of the SI house and the current situation of the development of the construction industry in China, the cooperative mechanism of the multi-body organization of the SI house is constructed from three aspects: the multi-body collaborative organization model, the partner selection and the cooperation platform design. First of all, according to the characteristics of multi-body coordination and the development characteristics of the construction industry in the construction process of the SI house, the paper puts forward the organization model which is suitable for the co-operation of the multi-body of the SI-dwelling in China, and then uses the research results from other fields to combine the characteristics of the SI house. The influence factors, the selection principle and the selection method of the multi-body collaborative partner of the SI house are determined; and finally, the architecture of the multi-body collaborative platform of the SI house is designed according to the implementation characteristics of the SI house and the functional requirements of the different participating entities on the collaborative platform. (3) According to the collaborative innovation theory and the characteristics of the SI house, combined with the innovation demand of the main body to the SI housing construction process, the innovation cooperation mechanism of the SI housing construction process is constructed from two aspects of technological innovation and management innovation, and the content of the multi-body collaborative innovation of the SI house is analyzed; Based on the DSM theory, a multi-body collaborative innovation process model of the SI house is set up, the influence relation and the intensity between the tasks are clarified, and the multi-body collaborative innovation process of the SI house is optimized by adopting the graph theory-based method, and the characteristics of the collaborative innovation of the SI housing construction process are analyzed. (4) combing the form of the interests of the participation of the SI house in the main body, analyzing the main factors that affect the coordination of the interests of each participating main body, and according to the engineering practice, the problems that are likely to occur in the multi-body benefit coordination process of the SI house are listed in detail; and according to the multi-body benefit coordination characteristics of the SI housing construction process, In this paper, the multi-body benefit coordination model of the SI house is put forward based on the principle of determining the benefit distribution, and a multi-body benefit distribution index system based on the task value coefficient and the task performance coefficient is established, and the calculation method of the benefit distribution coefficient is given. (5) Select the specific SI residential project case, and refer to the technical system and management method of the foreign mature case, and revise and assume the organization situation, management mode and main interest distribution of the case project. On this basis, the multi-body organization coordination mechanism, the innovation cooperation mechanism and the interest distribution mechanism of the SI housing construction process, which are set up in this paper, are described in detail. Based on the theory of systematics, this paper applies the synergetics theory, the industrial organization theory, the technology innovation theory, the stakeholder theory and so on to the analysis and research of the multi-body cooperative mechanism, and comprehensively considers the multi-stage, multi-participation subject, multi-objective and process complex characteristics of the construction project. Based on the development demand of the industry practice, the multi-body collaborative model of the SI house is established, and the theory and method of developing and enriching the development system of the SI house and the industrial chain have certain theoretical significance. At the same time, the research and analysis of the current SI residential system in China and the factors of multi-subject co-operation are analyzed, the opinions, concerns and expectations of the main body on the current SI residential system are obtained, and the deep-seated reasons for the coordination of the various subjects are accurately grasped. To explore and perfect the cooperative mechanism of the participating entities, to stimulate the initiative and initiative of the main body, to promote the practical application of the SI residential system, to define the development path of the SI residence in our country, to formulate the development measures of the SI house and to promote the participation of the relevant subjects.
