【摘要】：正為了探究植筋膠與混凝土之間的界面結(jié)合性能,設(shè)計的混凝土植筋擠壓試驗方案為在混凝土試塊上鉆孔、注膠、植筋后,通過在鋼筋頂部施加壓力將植筋膠體包裹著鋼筋一起壓出混凝土試塊。該試驗在同濟大學(xué)力學(xué)實驗中心進行。試驗試件按鋼筋與混凝土黏結(jié)段長度不同分為5組,共20個。經(jīng)過探索性試驗后,對正式試驗的植筋方案作了改進,先在注入膠的洞口插
[Abstract]:In order to explore the interfacial bonding between gluing and concrete, the compression test scheme of concrete planting tendons is to drill holes in concrete test blocks, to inject glue and after planting tendons. By applying pressure on the top of the steel bar, the glued body is wrapped in the steel bar and pressed out of the concrete test piece. The experiment was carried out in the Mechanics experiment Center of Tongji University. The specimens are divided into 5 groups according to the length of reinforcing bar and concrete bond, 20 groups. After exploratory test, the scheme of formal test was improved by inserting it into the hole where the glue was injected.
