柔性水泥基薄層修補材料的研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著各類建筑結構的破損、劣化逐步增多,建筑修補材料得到迅速發(fā)展,尤其是性能優(yōu)異的聚合物水泥基修補材料,成為國內外研究的熱點。柔性水泥基薄層修補材料是指由聚合物乳液與水泥為主要原料,輔以填料、助劑等其它組分所制成的厚度為2mm左右的具有一定結構強度和柔韌性的材料。本文采用不同種類的聚合物乳液、水泥、填料等原材料組分,通過研究單一組分中不同種類原材料對修補材料各項性能的影響,參照原有的聚合物水泥基修補材料的性能指標,提出了該材料的工作性能、界面性能、耐久性能建議性能指標。并對聚合物水泥基類修補材料的形成過程、結構形成機理、微觀結構模型等進行了探究,并得到了如下結論:(1)聚灰比對涂料的工作性影響明顯,對丙烯酸酯乳液水泥基材料,材料的拉伸性能隨聚灰比的增大而增大,其中聚灰比在0.6時增大效果突變。EVA乳液的拉伸性能隨聚灰比的增大有所下降,只有聚灰比小于0.4時,有增大的趨勢。三種乳液的斷裂延伸率都是隨聚灰比的增大而變大,苯丙乳液制成的涂料力學性能最好,純丙乳液的其次,EVA乳液的最差。(2)普通硅酸鹽水泥涂料的流動度比硫鋁酸鹽水泥的流動度大,表干時間和實干時間都更長,普硅水泥涂料的界面性能都比硫鋁酸鹽水泥涂料的好,且耐久性能優(yōu)異。(3)石英砂作為填料在單摻時,當石英砂粒徑∮≤400時,涂料拉伸強度最低,∮≥600時,其次,而石英砂粒徑400≤∮≤600時最大。但是無論哪種石英砂單摻時,其涂料的強度都比用混合砂制作的涂料強度小,而且拉伸強度降低顯著,可見填料太細或者太粗均不利于涂料的性能。(4)纖維的加入可以顯著改善材料的界面性能和低溫柔性,其中使用玄武巖纖維的材料性能最優(yōu),碳纖維其次,聚丙烯纖維的最次。以上研究結論為柔性水泥基薄層修補材料的研制奠定了基礎,最終研發(fā)出的柔性水泥基薄層修補材料Ⅰ型產品具有以下特點:一是與基層粘結性能好,防水性能優(yōu)異;二是對基層的微裂縫追隨性強,涂層柔韌性好;三是操作簡單,便于施工。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the damage and deterioration of various kinds of building structures, the building repair materials have been developed rapidly, especially the polymer cement based repair materials with excellent performance, which has become a hot research topic at home and abroad. Flexible cement-based thin-layer repair material is a kind of material with certain structural strength and flexibility, which is made of polymer emulsion and cement as main raw material, supplemented by filler, auxiliary and other components, whose thickness is about 2mm. In this paper, different kinds of polymer emulsion, cement, fillers and other raw materials are used to study the effects of different kinds of raw materials in a single component on the properties of the repair materials, referring to the performance indexes of the original polymer cement based repair materials. The working performance, interface performance and durability of the material are suggested. The formation process, structure formation mechanism and microstructure model of polymer cement based repair materials are also studied. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the influence of polymer cement ratio on the workability of coatings is obvious. For acrylic emulsion cement based materials, the tensile properties of the composites increase with the increase of the ratio of polymer to cement, and when the ratio of polymer to cement increases at 0.6, the tensile properties of the EVA emulsion decrease with the increase of the ratio of polymer to cement. Only when the ratio of aggregate to cement is less than 0.4, there is an increasing trend. The elongation at break of the three kinds of emulsions increased with the increase of the ratio of polymer to cement. The mechanical properties of the coatings prepared by the styrene-acrylic emulsion were the best, followed by the pure acrylic emulsion. EVA emulsion is the worst. (2) the fluidity of ordinary Portland cement coating is larger than that of sulphoaluminate cement, the surface drying time and dry time are longer, and the interfacial performance of common silicate cement coating is better than that of sulphoaluminate cement coating.
