基于水力模型的武漢黃孝河區(qū)域內(nèi)澇評(píng)估

【摘要】:在許多舊城區(qū)改造和新城區(qū)建設(shè)案例中,由于沒有從整個(gè)城區(qū)的角度考慮地面覆蓋變化對(duì)城區(qū)徑流和排放的影響,致使有些工程建設(shè)后徑流量峰值大幅度提高,造成市區(qū)內(nèi)澇。另外,在城市建設(shè)過程中湖泊等調(diào)蓄水體被侵占,原有排水通道被取締或過水?dāng)嗝娲蠓葴p少,均可導(dǎo)致城市內(nèi)澇加劇。國(guó)內(nèi)許多城市內(nèi)澇事件頻發(fā),武漢市近幾年暴雨時(shí)內(nèi)澇程度也較為嚴(yán)重。本文擬對(duì)武漢市黃孝河地區(qū)排水系統(tǒng)的防澇能力進(jìn)行評(píng)估,并嘗試構(gòu)建內(nèi)澇評(píng)估體系,為定量評(píng)估城市排水系統(tǒng)防澇能力提供技術(shù)支持。本文對(duì)武漢市內(nèi)澇成因進(jìn)行了定性分析。以武漢市黃孝河地區(qū)排水系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,利用InfoWorks ICM對(duì)其進(jìn)行概化,構(gòu)建了研究區(qū)域的水力水質(zhì)模型并將其參數(shù)屬地化;通過模擬分析,以溢水檢查井?dāng)?shù)、超載管道長(zhǎng)度與根數(shù)、漬水深度與漬水面積為考察指標(biāo),對(duì)不同重現(xiàn)期條件下排水管網(wǎng)的承載能力進(jìn)行了評(píng)估,結(jié)果表明:有4個(gè)管段超載時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)、5個(gè)檢查井漬水時(shí)間較長(zhǎng),屬優(yōu)先改造處;當(dāng)重現(xiàn)期p≤5a時(shí),隨著重現(xiàn)期p的增加超載管段數(shù)遞增,當(dāng)p≥5a時(shí)超載管段數(shù)趨于穩(wěn)定的狀態(tài);現(xiàn)有高、低排泵站均僅能應(yīng)對(duì)重現(xiàn)期為10a的降雨;得到了應(yīng)對(duì)不同重現(xiàn)期區(qū)段降雨超載管段所占的比例。構(gòu)建了以淹水面積比、溢水節(jié)點(diǎn)數(shù)比、超負(fù)荷管段數(shù)比和單位匯水面積溢水量為一級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的內(nèi)澇定量評(píng)價(jià)體系,對(duì)黃孝河地區(qū)排水系統(tǒng)高排區(qū)的兩個(gè)子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了內(nèi)澇評(píng)估,得到了與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)圖相吻合的評(píng)估結(jié)論。武漢市黃孝河地區(qū)排水系統(tǒng)防澇能力的評(píng)估結(jié)果可為該地區(qū)防澇改造提供參考。所提出的內(nèi)澇定量評(píng)價(jià)體系,可用于合理確定防澇工程的建設(shè)進(jìn)度安排。
[Abstract]:In many cases of old urban reconstruction and new urban construction, because of not considering the effect of the change of ground cover on urban runoff and discharge from the whole urban area, the peak value of runoff is greatly increased after construction of some projects, resulting in urban waterlogging. In addition, in the process of urban construction, lakes and other regulating water bodies are encroached upon, and the original drainage channels are banned or the cross section of overwater is greatly reduced, which can lead to the worsening of urban waterlogging. Many cities in China have frequent waterlogging events, and the degree of waterlogging in Wuhan is more serious in recent years. This paper intends to evaluate the waterlogging capacity of the drainage system in Huangxiahe area of Wuhan City and try to construct the waterlogging evaluation system to provide technical support for the quantitative evaluation of the waterlogging capacity of the urban drainage system. In this paper, the causes of waterlogging in Wuhan are qualitatively analyzed. Taking the drainage system of Huangxiahe area of Wuhan City as the research object, the hydraulic water quality model of the study area was constructed and its parameters were localized by using InfoWorks ICM to generalize it. Taking the number of overflow inspection wells, the length and root number of overloaded pipeline, waterlogging depth and waterlogging area as the inspection indexes, the bearing capacity of drainage network under different recurrence periods is evaluated.
