【摘要】：基于甘熙宅第"目前存在的自身變更中歷史文化價值流失與文獻(xiàn)史料缺失、在建筑保護(hù)中對文化重視不夠、歷史環(huán)境與現(xiàn)代文化融合不夠、旅游業(yè)發(fā)展尚不夠成熟等問題,文章提出"甘熙宅第"可持續(xù)發(fā)展的策略:加大收集并利用散存的各類歷史文獻(xiàn),將"甘熙宅第"保護(hù)與發(fā)展納入城市整體規(guī)劃,做好"甘熙宅第"保護(hù)發(fā)展的前期科學(xué)定位,發(fā)揮動態(tài)保護(hù)彈性計劃的優(yōu)勢,在保護(hù)中彰顯文化底蘊,注入相關(guān)文化元素。
[Abstract]:Based on the loss of historical and cultural value and the lack of historical documents in the present changes of Gan Xi Homestead, there are many problems, such as insufficient attention to culture in architectural protection, insufficient integration of historical environment and modern culture, and insufficient mature development of tourism industry, etc. The paper puts forward the strategy of sustainable development of "Ganxi Homestead": increasing the collection and utilization of various historical documents, integrating the protection and development of "Ganxi Homestead" into the overall urban planning, and doing a good job in the early scientific orientation of "Ganxi Homestead" protection and development. Give full play to the advantages of dynamic conservation flexibility plan, highlight the cultural heritage in the protection, inject relevant cultural elements.
