新型材料W-OH固結(jié)砒砂巖抗紫外性能研究

【摘要】:該實(shí)驗(yàn)將W-OH材料噴灑在砒砂巖表面形成固結(jié)層,考察W-OH濃度、pH、噴灑量、添加劑種類和濃度等因素對(duì)固結(jié)層抗紫外性能的影響,最后根據(jù)質(zhì)量虧損趨勢(shì)預(yù)測(cè)固結(jié)層抗紫外老化壽命。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:固結(jié)層抗紫外性能隨W-OH、EVA、PVA、UV531和UV770濃度的提高而提高。當(dāng)EVA、PVA濃度超過(guò)2%,UV531、UV770濃度超過(guò)0.06%,固結(jié)層抗紫外性能隨濃度提高變化較小。噴灑量對(duì)固結(jié)層的抗紫外性能影響較小。添加W-OH材料濃度越高,固結(jié)層抗紫外老化壽命越長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:In this experiment, W-OH material was sprayed on the surface of arsenopyst to form consolidation layer. The effects of W-OH concentration, amount of pH, spraying, type and concentration of additives on UV resistance of consolidation layer were investigated. Finally, the anti-UV aging life of the consolidated layer is predicted according to the trend of mass loss. The experimental results show that the UV resistance of the composite layer increases with the increase of the concentration of W-OHH EVA / PVAV _ (531) and UV770. When the concentration of EVA,PVA is more than 2 and the concentration of UV531 / UV770 exceeds 0.06, the UV resistance of the consolidation layer changes slightly with the increase of the concentration. The amount of spraying has little effect on the UV resistance of the consolidation layer. The higher the concentration of W-OH is, the longer the anti-UV aging life of the consolidation layer is.
