新型工業(yè)化保障性住宅研究

【摘要】：近些年來,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展,住宅建設(shè)量如井噴之勢保障性住房在實際應(yīng)用中,常常出現(xiàn)為了實現(xiàn)居住的高舒適度而大量采用高成本,高技術(shù)的現(xiàn)象。而與之形成對比的是,保障性住房的設(shè)計中,恰恰要求低成本高效率為主,工業(yè)化住宅體系滿足當(dāng)前要求�？v觀國內(nèi)外,不難看出,保障房的歷史由來已久,無論是在理論研究,還是在具體實踐方面,人類都積累了許多的成熟經(jīng)驗。目前,雖然許多國內(nèi)的發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)已經(jīng)出臺了相關(guān)的公園海行業(yè)評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn),但是由于受技術(shù)水平較低、技術(shù)使用不成熟等條件的制約,我們還存在較大的提升空間。針對當(dāng)前工業(yè)化設(shè)計應(yīng)用不足的現(xiàn)狀,要重點研究工業(yè)化的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢。首先,優(yōu)先選用工業(yè)化住宅手段;其次,利用產(chǎn)業(yè)化模式進(jìn)行推廣。本文以本人設(shè)計的工業(yè)化保障房為例,通過實地調(diào)研、統(tǒng)計分析、歸納總結(jié)等手段,多層次總結(jié)出現(xiàn)今工業(yè)化保障性住房第一設(shè)計策略和方法。全文共分為六章,主要解決保障性住房到底要不要工業(yè)化產(chǎn)業(yè)化模式,以及怎么做的問題。具體分章結(jié)構(gòu):緒論作為起始章節(jié),介紹了論文是在何種情況下引發(fā)的思路,對于周圍情況,研究的方式,做出整體大綱的闡述,是論文的導(dǎo)引。工業(yè)化保障住房的含義及基本情況是在第二章節(jié)出現(xiàn),論證了工業(yè)化保障性住房設(shè)計的必要性和可行性,并預(yù)測分析了工業(yè)化保障性住房的發(fā)展態(tài)勢。第三章我國工業(yè)化保障性住房現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究。這是工業(yè)化保障性住房的設(shè)計前提和基礎(chǔ)。第四章國內(nèi)裝配式剪力墻工業(yè)化技術(shù)的情況進(jìn)行介紹。第五章國內(nèi)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工業(yè)化技術(shù)的情況進(jìn)行介紹。對于本論文的核心內(nèi)容,出現(xiàn)在第六章節(jié),是關(guān)于新型工業(yè)化保障住宅的案例,主要介紹了規(guī)劃及建筑設(shè)計的內(nèi)容,以及整個建筑體系的創(chuàng)新性及與以往工業(yè)化建筑體系的區(qū)別做出了分析,主要內(nèi)容是這種體系對于現(xiàn)階段工業(yè)化進(jìn)程具有何種意義。點明了工業(yè)化保障性住房關(guān)注點,并提出了相應(yīng)的設(shè)計方法及改善方式,是本文的的重點。在所有章節(jié)之后,是最后的結(jié)論,是本文的總結(jié),還有一些展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of our economy, the amount of housing construction such as blowout in the practical application of affordable housing, in order to achieve a high degree of living comfort and a large number of high-cost, high-tech phenomenon. By contrast, the design of affordable housing requires low cost and high efficiency, and the industrial housing system meets the current requirements. Looking back at home and abroad, it is not difficult to see that indemnificatory apartment has a long history, both in theoretical research and in practice, human beings have accumulated a lot of mature experience. At present, although many developed areas in China have issued relevant evaluation standards for the park and sea industry, but due to the low level of technology, immature use of technology and other conditions, we still have a large room for improvement. In view of the shortage of industrial design and application at present, the present situation and development trend of industrialization should be studied emphatically. First of all, the means of industrialized housing should be selected first; secondly, the industrialization mode should be used to popularize it. This article takes the industrialization indemnificatory apartment designed by myself as an example, through field investigation, statistical analysis, summing up and so on, summarizes the first design strategy and method of the current industrialization supportable housing. The thesis is divided into six chapters, which mainly solve the problem of whether the housing should be industrialized and how to do it. Specific chapter structure: introduction as the beginning chapter, introduced the paper under what circumstances, for the surrounding situation, the way of research, to make the overall outline of the elaboration, is the guide of the paper. The meaning and basic situation of the industrialization security housing appeared in the second chapter. This paper demonstrated the necessity and feasibility of the industrialization supportable housing design, and predicted and analyzed the development trend of the industrialization indemnificatory housing. The third chapter carries on the research on the status quo of the industrialization indemnificatory housing in our country. This is the premise and foundation of the design of industrialized affordable housing. The fourth chapter introduces the industrial technology of assembled shear wall in China. The fifth chapter introduces the industrial technology of domestic steel structure. For the core content of this paper, appearing in the sixth chapter, it is about the case of new-type industrialization guarantee housing, mainly introduces the content of planning and architectural design. The innovation of the whole building system and its difference from the previous industrial building system are analyzed. The main content is what the significance of this system is to the industrialization process at the present stage. The focus of this paper is to point out the focus of industrialization supportable housing, and put forward the corresponding design method and improvement method. After all the chapters, is the final conclusion, is the summary of this paper, there are some prospects.
