韓城古城傳統(tǒng)民居院落空間尺度的保護(hù)與延續(xù)研究

【摘要】：歷史文化名城是人類文明發(fā)展的記憶與載體。保留住城市的歷史和傳統(tǒng),才能保護(hù)住城市的特色。作為國(guó)家級(jí)的歷史文化名城,韓城市政府在緊靠古城北端開發(fā)建設(shè)了新的市區(qū),使得古城風(fēng)貌能夠原汁原味的保留下來(lái),但同時(shí)造成了居住環(huán)境的嚴(yán)重落后,因此保護(hù)和延續(xù)更新有著必要性和必然性。本文通過(guò)對(duì)韓城古城民居院落的研究分析,對(duì)其空間尺度進(jìn)行實(shí)地測(cè)繪、分析比較和總結(jié),探索對(duì)韓城古城傳統(tǒng)民居院落空間尺度進(jìn)行保護(hù)與延續(xù)性的研究。通過(guò)尺度的研究解決保護(hù)和發(fā)展矛盾的有效途徑,使韓城古城民居院落空間能在符合現(xiàn)代人需求的同時(shí)也能夠延續(xù)城市的歷史特征。同時(shí)也可以避免由于千篇一律的建設(shè)而造成的城市地域特色的喪失,給現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)中對(duì)于古城這一全國(guó)性課題提供理論指導(dǎo)和重要實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)本文以韓城古城的保護(hù)與利用為研究對(duì)象。首先,闡述我國(guó)古代城市發(fā)展過(guò)程中對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)民居院落的概念界定。對(duì)“尺度”的涵義進(jìn)行闡述,并對(duì)保護(hù)和延續(xù)概念進(jìn)行界定。通過(guò)對(duì)“空間尺度”概念的歸納總結(jié),闡述“人體工程學(xué)”和“空間功能與人體尺度”等相關(guān)理論概念。然后,筆者對(duì)韓城古城進(jìn)行了的實(shí)地調(diào)研與文獻(xiàn)資料收集。從自然地理、歷史嚴(yán)格、古城規(guī)劃格局等方面對(duì)古城進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的介紹,并對(duì)古城現(xiàn)存?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)民居院落整體概況和保護(hù)院落的質(zhì)量進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)統(tǒng)計(jì)與分類。通過(guò)對(duì)古城原有的民居院落進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的調(diào)研測(cè)量、分析總結(jié),從而對(duì)其院落空間尺度的各個(gè)方面,如長(zhǎng)寬比、高寬比、橫剖面空間以及序列層次等要素做以分析,提取出院落尺度的控制方法。同時(shí),總結(jié)出了韓城古城院落空間尺度現(xiàn)狀存在的問題與矛盾。帶著這些問題,筆者通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)其他若干古城成功保護(hù)案例進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析總結(jié),從中提取相應(yīng)保護(hù)方法措施。對(duì)以上研究成果進(jìn)行整理歸納,總結(jié)研究成果。最后,對(duì)《韓城古城修建性保護(hù)規(guī)劃》項(xiàng)目中體現(xiàn)出的對(duì)韓城古城傳統(tǒng)院落空間尺度保護(hù)與延續(xù)相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)手法進(jìn)行探索。通過(guò)對(duì)古城傳統(tǒng)民居院落肌理的保護(hù)、古城傳統(tǒng)民居院落尺度的保護(hù)以及古城民居院落尺度的延續(xù)性設(shè)計(jì)手法及成果進(jìn)行分析,試圖總結(jié)出韓城古城傳統(tǒng)民居保護(hù)的設(shè)計(jì)重點(diǎn)和設(shè)計(jì)手法。文章的第三、四、六章節(jié)為核心內(nèi)容。是針對(duì)韓城古城民居院落尺度的詳細(xì)分析,以及對(duì)延續(xù)和保護(hù)韓城古城傳統(tǒng)院落尺度的思想策略與設(shè)計(jì)手法的分析。最終完成筆者對(duì)韓城古城傳統(tǒng)民居院落空間尺度保護(hù)與延續(xù)的研究,探索對(duì)韓城古城民居的保護(hù)與利用的設(shè)計(jì)重點(diǎn)和設(shè)計(jì)手法。
[Abstract]:Historical and cultural city is the memory and carrier of the development of human civilization. Only by retaining the history and tradition of the city can the characteristics of the city be protected. As a state-level historical and cultural city, the government of Han City has developed and built a new urban area close to the northern end of the ancient city, so that the style and features of the ancient city can be preserved, but at the same time, the living environment is seriously backward. Therefore, it is necessary and inevitable to protect and renew. Based on the research and analysis of the residential compound of the ancient city of Hancheng, this paper makes a field survey on its spatial scale, analyzes, compares and summarizes, and probes into the protection and continuity of the spatial scale of the courtyard of the traditional residence in the ancient city of Hancheng. The effective way to solve the contradiction between protection and development through the research of scale can make the residential courtyard space of the ancient city of Hancheng not only meet the needs of modern people but also continue the historical characteristics of the city. At the same time, it can also avoid the loss of urban regional characteristics caused by the uniform construction. This paper focuses on the protection and utilization of the ancient city of Hancheng in order to provide theoretical guidance and important practical experience for the national subject of the ancient city in the course of modernization construction. Firstly, the concept of traditional residence courtyard is defined in the process of ancient city development in China. The meaning of "scale" is expounded, and the concept of protection and continuity is defined. By summing up the concept of "spatial scale", the related theoretical concepts such as "ergonomics" and "spatial function and human scale" are expounded. Then, the author carries on the field investigation and the literature collection to the Hancheng ancient city. This paper briefly introduces the ancient city from the aspects of natural geography, strict history and planning pattern of ancient city, and makes detailed statistics and classification on the overall situation of the existing traditional residential compound of the ancient city and the quality of protecting the courtyard. Through the detailed investigation and measurement of the original residential compound of the ancient city, the analysis and summary are made, so as to analyze the various aspects of the space scale of the courtyard, such as aspect ratio, cross-section space and sequence level, and so on. The control method of yard scale was extracted. At the same time, summed up the existing problems and contradictions in the space scale of Hancheng ancient city courtyard. With these problems, the author analyzes and summarizes the successful protection cases of other ancient cities in China, and extracts the corresponding protection methods and measures. The above research results are summarized and summarized. Finally, this paper explores the related design methods of the spatial scale protection and continuation of the traditional courtyard of Hancheng ancient city, which is embodied in the project of the "Hancheng Ancient City Building Protection Plan". Through the protection of the courtyard texture of the traditional residential buildings in the ancient city, the protection of the courtyard scale of the traditional residential buildings in the ancient city, and the continuous design techniques and achievements of the courtyard scale of the ancient city houses, This paper attempts to summarize the design focus and design techniques of the protection of traditional residential buildings in the ancient city of Hancheng. The third, fourth and sixth chapters of the article are the core contents.
