【摘要】：為了使原狀鋰云母渣能夠在混凝土中成功應(yīng)用,展開(kāi)了原狀鋰云母渣加工成摻合料的制備工藝探索試驗(yàn),制備方法包括高低溫干燥和球磨機(jī)粉磨,進(jìn)行加工的主要目的在于降低鋰云母渣的含水率以及降低鋰云母渣顆粒細(xì)度;同時(shí),為了提高試驗(yàn)效率,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)效果顯著的制備工藝,每進(jìn)行一次制備加工之后緊接著進(jìn)行細(xì)度測(cè)試和鋰云母渣混凝土強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,確定了一種最優(yōu)鋰云母渣制備工藝如下:將原狀鋰云母渣在105℃干燥箱中干燥24 h以去除游離水分,再以300℃溫度烘干2 h以去除結(jié)合水,接著在水泥球磨機(jī)內(nèi)粉磨2 h,以此制備工藝制備的鋰云母渣摻合料測(cè)得其45μm篩余為5.1%,并且摻入混凝土?xí)r對(duì)混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度作用顯著,其作用效應(yīng)要優(yōu)于粉煤灰,并且早期強(qiáng)度高于普通混凝土,后期強(qiáng)度亦與普通混凝土相當(dāng)。
