【摘要】：結合現代人防建設發(fā)展及個人實踐經驗,簡單介紹人防工程的定義、分類和設計流程,著重闡述人防設計中的工作要點,即在必須確保戰(zhàn)時防護功能要求、合理設置防護設施的同時,也滿足平時的使用要求;充分發(fā)揮人防工程的平戰(zhàn)結合設計;盡量減少平戰(zhàn)功能轉換措施的工作量;合理布置、有效利用地下空間資源提高防空地下室利用率;充分發(fā)揮人防通風系統(tǒng)在戰(zhàn)時的作用;完善并優(yōu)化設計,以保證人防工程施工、安裝一次完成。另外,針對人防口部設計中的重點、難點以及容易出現的問題進行說明,強調了需掌握其他專業(yè)設計知識及各專業(yè)間配合的重要性。
[Abstract]:Combined with the development of modern civil air defense construction and personal practical experience, this paper briefly introduces the definition, classification and design flow of civil air defense engineering, and emphatically expounds the main points of work in civil air defense design, that is, the requirements of protection function in wartime must be ensured. Reasonable installation of protective facilities at the same time, but also to meet the usual requirements for use; Give full play to the combination design of civil air defense engineering, reduce the workload of the function conversion measures, make use of underground space resources effectively to improve the utilization ratio of air defense basement, give full play to the function of civil air defense ventilation system in wartime, and give full play to the function of civil air defense ventilation system in wartime. Perfect and optimize design to ensure civil air defense engineering construction, installation completed once. In addition, the key points, difficulties and easy problems in the design of civil air defense mouth are explained, and the importance of mastering the design knowledge of other specialties and the cooperation between them is emphasized.
