寒地低能耗高層辦公建筑形態(tài)設計模擬研究

【摘要】:隨著能源危機的產生,綠色建筑、建筑節(jié)能技術漸漸得到了深入的研究與應用。伴隨著經(jīng)濟的蓬勃發(fā)展與城市高速建設,城市高層辦公建筑的建造方興未艾,其能耗問題也愈來愈受到重視。尤其在寒地城市,高層辦公建筑的能耗問題已經(jīng)日益成為建筑創(chuàng)作的熱點與難點。論文通過對既有高層辦公建筑的抽樣調查,建立了寒地高層辦公建筑典型形態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)參數(shù)組,并以此作為模擬試驗模型構建的依據(jù)。進一步通過對各形態(tài)要素的模擬實驗,得出其與能耗的定量關系,并總結出設計策略及各參數(shù)與能耗的回歸模型,以探究如何在建筑設計階段更為有效地控制建筑能耗。論文首先分析低能耗高層辦公建筑設計現(xiàn)狀與形態(tài)設計特征,提取相關形態(tài)設計影響參數(shù)。選擇寒地典型城市長春進行實地調研,采集形態(tài)參數(shù)并進行值域分析,得到形態(tài)設計參數(shù)典型數(shù)據(jù)庫,建立典型模型形態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)組進而建立簡化理想模型,并對模擬結果進行準確性判斷。最后采用建筑全能耗模擬軟件EnergyPlus,分別以建筑平面形狀、朝向、建筑體型設計參數(shù)為變量,以調研所得典型形態(tài)參數(shù)組為輸入數(shù)據(jù)組,進行能耗模擬實驗。運用統(tǒng)計分析方法,對所得相應數(shù)據(jù)進行相關度分析及回歸擬合,得出各形態(tài)設計要素與能耗影響程度及能耗隨各要素的變化趨勢,提出了優(yōu)化低能耗辦公建筑的設計策略。對寒地高層辦公建筑形態(tài)參數(shù)與能耗間定量關系的研究,有利于在建筑設計階段有效控制建筑能耗。在設計中通過回歸模型可快速高效的控制建筑能耗,快速評價寒地高層辦公建筑節(jié)能效果,并及時修改形態(tài)設計數(shù)據(jù),以優(yōu)化設計方案。
[Abstract]:With the emergence of energy crisis, green buildings, building energy-saving technology has gradually been in-depth research and application. With the rapid development of economy and high speed construction of city, the construction of urban high-rise office buildings is in the ascendant, and its energy consumption has been paid more and more attention. Especially in cold cities, the energy consumption of high-rise office buildings has become a hot and difficult point in architectural creation. Based on the sampling investigation of the existing high-rise office buildings, this paper establishes the typical morphological data parameter set of the high-rise office buildings in the cold region, and takes it as the basis for the construction of the simulation test model. The quantitative relationship between energy consumption and design strategy and regression model of each parameter and energy consumption are obtained through the simulation experiment of each form element, so as to explore how to control the building energy consumption more effectively in the stage of building design. Firstly, this paper analyzes the design status and features of low energy consumption high-rise office buildings, and extracts the relevant parameters of shape design. Changchun, a typical city in cold region, was selected to carry out field investigation, to collect morphological parameters and analyze the range, to obtain a typical database of morphological design parameters, to establish a typical model form data set, and then to establish a simplified ideal model. And the accuracy of the simulation results are judged. Finally, using the building total energy consumption simulation software EnergyPlus, taking the building plane shape, the orientation, the building shape design parameter as the variable, taking the typical shape parameter group as the input data group, carries on the energy consumption simulation experiment. By using the statistical analysis method, the correlation analysis and regression fitting of the corresponding data are carried out, and the influence degree of each shape design element and energy consumption and the change trend of energy consumption with each element are obtained, and the design strategy of optimizing low energy consumption office building is put forward. The study on the quantitative relationship between configuration parameters and energy consumption of high-rise office buildings in cold regions is beneficial to the effective control of building energy consumption in the stage of architectural design. In the design, the energy consumption can be controlled quickly and efficiently by regression model, and the energy-saving effect of high-rise office buildings in cold area can be evaluated quickly, and the shape design data can be modified in time to optimize the design scheme.
