【摘要】：近年來,建筑行業(yè)的安全形勢仍不樂觀,這些安全事故大多是由人的不安全行為造成的。建筑工人安全參與是一種對安全行為有著重要影響卻又常常在事故分析中被忽略的研究要素。因此,本文嘗試對建筑工人安全參與和安全行為的關(guān)系進行研究,為提高建筑行業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)水平提出新的建議。首先,本文通過查閱大量中外文獻,總結(jié)我國建筑行業(yè)和建筑工人的特點,分析建筑工人安全管理面臨的問題。采用預調(diào)研法對建筑工人安全現(xiàn)狀進行數(shù)據(jù)搜集并統(tǒng)計整理,對存在的問題進行分析。分析結(jié)果表明,建筑工人的安全狀況不容樂觀,尤其是安全參與方面,得分最低。并且發(fā)現(xiàn)建筑工人安全參與、安全意識、安全行為和企業(yè)安全氛圍之間具有一定的關(guān)系。然后本文根據(jù)國內(nèi)外學者已有研究成果,對建筑工人安全參與、安全意識、安全行為與企業(yè)安全氛圍之間的關(guān)系提出了研究假設(shè),構(gòu)建了建筑工人安全參與對安全行為的影響路徑模型,并通過問卷調(diào)查搜集數(shù)據(jù)。接著,本文運用Amos軟件對假設(shè)模型進行擬合,并對擬合數(shù)據(jù)進行了因果效應(yīng)分析。分析結(jié)果表明,建筑工人安全參與、安全意識和企業(yè)安全氛圍對建筑工人安全行為有著積極的正向影響。其中安全氛圍對安全行為產(chǎn)生間接影響,安全意識對安全行為產(chǎn)生直接影響,安全參與對安全行為既有直接影響又有間接影響并且影響總效應(yīng)是最高的。最后,結(jié)合因果效應(yīng)分析結(jié)果和問卷調(diào)查搜集到的信息,提出建筑工人安全參與的激勵措施,為提高建筑行業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)水平提供了重要的建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the safety situation in the construction industry is still not optimistic. Most of these accidents are caused by human unsafe behavior. Construction workers' safety participation is a kind of research element which has important influence on safety behavior but is often neglected in accident analysis. Therefore, this paper attempts to study the relationship between safety participation and safety behavior of construction workers, and puts forward new suggestions for improving the safety production level of construction industry. First of all, this paper summarizes the characteristics of construction industry and construction workers by consulting a large number of Chinese and foreign literature, and analyzes the problems faced by construction workers safety management. The present situation of construction workers' safety is collected and analyzed by using the method of pre-investigation. The results show that the safety situation of construction workers is not optimistic, especially in safety participation. And found that construction workers safety participation, safety awareness, safety behavior and corporate safety atmosphere has a certain relationship. Then, according to the research results of domestic and foreign scholars, this paper puts forward the research hypothesis on the relationship between safety participation, safety consciousness, safety behavior and enterprise safety atmosphere of construction workers. The influence path model of construction workers' safety participation on safety behavior was constructed, and the data were collected by questionnaire. Then, we use Amos software to fit the hypothetical model and analyze the causal effect of the fitting data. The results show that construction workers' safety participation, safety awareness and enterprise safety atmosphere have positive effects on construction workers' safety behavior. Safety atmosphere has indirect influence on safety behavior and safety consciousness has direct influence on security behavior. Security participation has both direct and indirect influence on security behavior and the total effect is the highest. Finally, combining the results of causality analysis and the information collected by the questionnaire, the paper puts forward the incentive measures for construction workers' safety participation, which provides important suggestions for improving the safety production level of construction industry.
