基于人性化理念的城市居民區(qū)停車(chē)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the gradual improvement of the level of economic development in China, the form of national economic development is excellent, and the well-off life has become the normal life of the broad masses of the people. At the same time, private cars began to become a necessity for ordinary families, so entering thousands of households is also an inevitable direction of development. In addition, the rapid development of private cars to promote the development of public transport in China. In a sense, car has become an indispensable communication tool in modern family life, not just a walking tool. In recent years, urban planning and development have been greatly accelerated, vehicle development conditions are inadequate, and there are many unpredictable changes in the construction and planning of static and dynamic urban traffic space. At present, the shortage of space in urban planning and the defects in construction design cause the parking demand in many areas is difficult to meet, the parking problem in urban residential areas is becoming more and more serious, the parking space is tight, and the situation of vehicle parking chaos can be seen everywhere. Probe into the domestic and foreign residential area parking related research into a systematic, comprehensive combing, summed up the residential parking problem, on the basis of field research, interviews, collect relevant data and first-hand information, This is an important material in this study. At the same time, this paper summarizes the design of parking facilities in residential areas of our country by analyzing the results, and puts forward some plans on how to build humanized urban residential areas to park vehicles. First of all, this paper will analyze the parking problems in urban residential areas and the causes of the problems, and summarize the reasons of this research according to the problems. At the same time, the residential area parking space planning of representative big cities at home and abroad is selected to carry out targeted analysis. Secondly, it deeply studies the planning of different parking modes and the planning ideas of static traffic space, and makes reference for the classification of humanized parking facilities in urban residential areas and the development of humanized traffic planning in urban residential areas. Finally, according to the results of field investigation, this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to optimize the planning of parking facilities in new and old residential areas of the city, and concludes a more scientific parking pattern, and evaluates the model through fuzzy evaluation. Thus, a more scientific, reasonable and humanized design scheme of parking facilities is obtained for the new urban area and the old residential area. Finally, combining with the specific case of urban residential area in our country, using the design scheme after analysis, the parking facilities of the new and old residential areas in the city are systematically analyzed and planned scientifically, and the concrete suggestions and measures are put forward. The results and suggestions of this study are scientific, reasonable, and humanized planning and design of parking facilities in urban residential areas has practical guiding significance and reference value.
