壓縮空氣溶液除濕中不同除濕劑除濕性能比較

【摘要】:在壓縮空氣溶液除濕實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺上,分別以LiBr和LiCl水溶液作為除濕劑,實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了兩種溶液在壓縮空氣溶液除濕系統(tǒng)中的除濕性能。以溶液表面水蒸氣分壓力作為比較基準(zhǔn),壓縮空氣出口含濕量和除濕量作為除濕性能的評價指標(biāo),對二者的除濕能力進(jìn)行比較分析。同時基于壓縮空氣溶液除濕器傳熱傳質(zhì)模型,結(jié)合實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),研究了LiBr、LiCl溶液與壓縮空氣間的傳質(zhì)系數(shù)大小以及變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:在相同的處理工況下,采用LiCl溶液對壓縮空氣進(jìn)行除濕能得到更低的空氣出口含濕量和更高的除濕量,LiCl溶液除濕過程的傳質(zhì)系數(shù)也高于LiBr溶液,即在壓縮空氣溶液除濕系統(tǒng)中LiCl溶液具有更優(yōu)的除濕能力和傳質(zhì)性能。
[Abstract]:The dehumidification properties of LiBr and LiCl aqueous solutions in compressed air solution dehumidification system were studied on a compressed air solution dehumidification test platform. The moisture content and dehumidification at the outlet of compressed air were taken as the evaluation index of the dehumidification performance, and the dehumidification ability of the two was compared and analyzed. Based on the heat and mass transfer model of compressed air solution dehumidifier and experimental data, the mass transfer coefficient between LiBr,LiCl solution and compressed air is studied. The results show that under the same treatment conditions, the dehumidification of compressed air by LiCl solution can get lower air moisture content and higher dehumidification rate, and the mass transfer coefficient of LiCl solution is also higher than that of LiBr solution. In the compressed air solution dehumidification system, LiCl solution has better dehumidification ability and mass transfer performance.
