【摘要】：江蘇省揚(yáng)州市食品工業(yè)園由傳統(tǒng)的工業(yè)園區(qū)向旅游型工業(yè)園區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)型,園區(qū)景觀依托食品產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)和城市旅游服務(wù)業(yè)資源,將地域文化的創(chuàng)意植入突出"食品工業(yè)"主題,融合揚(yáng)州市風(fēng)雅閑適的傳統(tǒng)飲食文化和生態(tài)科技引領(lǐng)下的現(xiàn)代食品工業(yè)文化,多條文化線索并行交融,將園區(qū)優(yōu)化升級(jí)為糅合美食、生態(tài)、科技、歡樂等核心元素的特色食品工業(yè)旅游公園。自然層面的地域文化資源構(gòu)建了工業(yè)園區(qū)的生態(tài)景觀基底,打造綠色的生態(tài)工業(yè)園區(qū);人文層面的地域文化的創(chuàng)意植入突出"食品工業(yè)"的園區(qū)主題,充分挖掘與"食"有關(guān)的地域文化底蘊(yùn),從獨(dú)具特色的揚(yáng)州地域及食品工業(yè)企業(yè)文化中尋找靈感。
[Abstract]:Yangzhou Food Industry Park in Jiangsu Province has transformed from a traditional industrial park to a tourist industrial park. The landscape of the park relies on the food industry foundation and the resources of the urban tourism service industry to plant the creativity of regional culture into the theme of "food industry". Combining the traditional food culture of Yangzhou with the modern food industry culture under the guidance of ecological science and technology, the park will be optimized and upgraded into a blend of food, ecology, science and technology. Joy and other core elements of the characteristic food industry tourism park. The natural level of regional cultural resources has constructed the ecological landscape base of the industrial park and created the green ecological industrial park. The creativity of the regional culture on the humanistic level is planted to highlight the theme of "food industry", to fully excavate the regional cultural information related to "food", and to seek inspiration from the unique Yangzhou region and the enterprise culture of food industry.
