竹芯竹筋混凝土板抗彎性能試驗研究

【摘要】:隨著全球資源日益緊缺,環(huán)境日益惡劣,人們對建筑材料、環(huán)境保護提出了更高的要求。而毛竹屬于可再生資源、經濟且環(huán)保,將毛竹代替鋼筋運用于混凝土樓板,不僅減去了鋼筋繁瑣的加工工序,而且提高了板的空心率,從而達到減輕自重的目的。為研究竹芯竹筋混凝土板中的受力性能,對3塊配筋率不同的竹筋板進行均布荷載下的抗彎試驗性能及相關材料力學性能試驗。通過試驗現象及數據對比分析,可知:毛竹抗拉破壞無屈服點,屬于脆性材料;板破壞時,其跨中撓度可以達到以上,延性很好;竹筋板受彎過程,呈兩階段特征,即開裂前彈性階段和開裂后帶裂l0/25縫工作直至破壞;并結合試驗撓度、應變、裂縫、承載力計算結果,提出了竹芯竹筋混凝土板設計的相關構造措施及建議。
[Abstract]:With the increasing shortage of global resources and the worsening environment, people put forward higher requirements for building materials and environmental protection. The bamboo is a renewable resource, economical and environmentally friendly. Using bamboo instead of steel in concrete floor not only subtracts the complicated processing process of steel bar, but also improves the hollow rate of slab, thus reducing the weight of the slab. In order to study the mechanical properties of bamboo reinforced concrete slabs, three bamboo reinforced concrete plates with different reinforcement ratios were tested under uniform load and the mechanical properties of related materials were tested. According to the experimental phenomenon and data comparison, it can be seen that the tensile failure of Phyllostachys pubescens belongs to brittle material with no yield point, and the mid-span deflection can reach above, and the ductility is very good. The bending process of bamboo stiffened plates is characterized by two stages: elastic stage before cracking and 10 / 25 joints with cracks after cracking. Based on the experimental results of deflection, strain, crack and bearing capacity, the relevant structural measures and suggestions for the design of bamboo-reinforced concrete slabs are put forward.
