【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)步入老齡化社會(huì),人口老齡化所引發(fā)的各類社會(huì)問(wèn)題日趨明顯,對(duì)社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定和持續(xù)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了不利影響。老年積極養(yǎng)生方式受到越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注和探索。同時(shí),人們對(duì)養(yǎng)生環(huán)境和旅游農(nóng)業(yè)的需求,促進(jìn)了新型園區(qū)養(yǎng)生農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園的出現(xiàn)。老年養(yǎng)生休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園將老年養(yǎng)生理念融合到農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園中,使老年群體不僅能享受到優(yōu)美的自然田園風(fēng)光,更能在大自然中養(yǎng)生保健,實(shí)現(xiàn)強(qiáng)身健體、頤養(yǎng)天年的目的。本文以崇州市花果山老年養(yǎng)生休閑農(nóng)園規(guī)劃為研究對(duì)象,以中國(guó)養(yǎng)生和現(xiàn)代養(yǎng)老的方法為主線,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究方法、案例分析法和實(shí)證研究法等研究方法,探討如何把老年養(yǎng)生理念融合到休閑農(nóng)園的規(guī)劃中。首先,文章對(duì)老年養(yǎng)生及休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)的產(chǎn)生背景、相關(guān)概念作了鑒定,對(duì)中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化和現(xiàn)代養(yǎng)老方式進(jìn)行了分析,并選取國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)的典型案例進(jìn)行分析。通過(guò)對(duì)美國(guó)圖森峽谷農(nóng)場(chǎng)等案例的項(xiàng)目簡(jiǎn)介、整體規(guī)劃、養(yǎng)生體系三個(gè)方面分析總結(jié),結(jié)合相關(guān)的基礎(chǔ)理論,對(duì)老年養(yǎng)生理念在休閑農(nóng)業(yè)觀光園中的表達(dá)方式進(jìn)行剖析。其次,基于上述理論,本研究對(duì)研究區(qū)進(jìn)行了SWOT分析,從政策優(yōu)勢(shì)、區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)和產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)三方面進(jìn)行優(yōu)勢(shì)分析,從區(qū)域資源開(kāi)發(fā)程度和知名度兩方面進(jìn)行劣勢(shì)分析,同時(shí)對(duì)機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行了剖析。本研究通過(guò)對(duì)園區(qū)區(qū)位條件、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施條件等方面分別做詳細(xì)分析,在方案的準(zhǔn)備、執(zhí)行等各個(gè)階段中將老年生活習(xí)慣、性格特點(diǎn)等融入到休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)中。然后,筆者對(duì)園區(qū)進(jìn)行總體布局與規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì),基于綜合分析得出老年養(yǎng)生農(nóng)業(yè)園設(shè)計(jì)原則和設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn),對(duì)園區(qū)的進(jìn)行總體布局與分區(qū),并對(duì)各分區(qū)的規(guī)劃涉及內(nèi)容,即各區(qū)的選址和布局、養(yǎng)生空間與環(huán)境、植物群落配置、公共設(shè)施與小品、細(xì)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)等方面內(nèi)容進(jìn)行規(guī)劃與闡述。最后,該論文將理論研究應(yīng)用于老年養(yǎng)生休閑農(nóng)園規(guī)劃的實(shí)踐中,探討理論研究的可操作性及實(shí)踐性,最后針對(duì)從農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)從市場(chǎng)、環(huán)境、技術(shù)、政策四方面進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估,并對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、生態(tài)進(jìn)行效益分析。
[Abstract]:As our country enters the aging society, all kinds of social problems caused by the aging of the population become more and more obvious, which have a negative impact on the stability and sustainable development of the society. More and more attention has been paid to the active health care of the elderly. At the same time, the demand for health environment and tourism agriculture promotes the appearance of new type park. The concept of health preservation for the elderly is integrated into the agricultural sightseeing garden in order to make the elderly group enjoy not only beautiful natural pastoral scenery, but also health care in nature, so as to achieve the purpose of strengthening health and keeping fit for days and years. This paper takes the planning of Huaguoshan elderly Health and Leisure Farm in Chongzhou City as the research object, taking the methods of health preservation and modern old-age care in China as the main line, using the methods of literature research, case analysis and empirical research, and so on. This paper discusses how to integrate the idea of health preservation of the elderly into the planning of leisure farm garden. First of all, the paper analyzes the background and related concepts of health preservation and leisure agriculture park for the elderly, analyzes the traditional Chinese culture and modern old-age support methods, and analyzes the typical cases at home and abroad. Through the analysis and summary of the case of Tucson Canyon Farm, the whole planning and the health system, combined with the relevant basic theory, this paper analyzes the expression of the concept of health care for the elderly in the leisure agriculture and sightseeing garden. Secondly, based on the above theory, this research carries on the SWOT analysis to the research area, carries on the superiority analysis from the policy superiority, the location superiority and the industry superiority, carries on the inferiority analysis from the regional resources development degree and the popularity two aspects. At the same time, the opportunities and challenges are analyzed. Through the detailed analysis of the location conditions, social and economic conditions and infrastructure conditions of the park, this study will make a detailed analysis of the old people's living habits in the preparation and implementation of the plan. Personality features into the leisure agriculture park planning and design. Then, the author carries on the overall layout and the planning design to the park, based on the comprehensive analysis obtains the old age health agriculture garden design principle and the design key point, carries on the overall layout and the division to the park, and the planning involves the content to each district, That is, the location and layout of each district, health space and environment, plant community allocation, public facilities and sketches, detailed design and other aspects of planning and elaboration. Finally, the paper applies the theoretical research to the practice of planning the elderly health and leisure farm garden, discusses the feasibility and practicability of the theoretical research, and finally carries on the risk assessment from the market, the environment, the technology, the policy from the agricultural park. And economic, social, ecological benefits analysis.
