【摘要】：高層辦公建筑是高層建筑最主要的類型之一,它自十九世紀(jì)誕生以來,伴隨著社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,在世界各地取得了飛速的發(fā)展以及令人矚目的成就�？梢灶A(yù)見的是,隨著“知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)”時(shí)代的到來以及土地資源的日益短缺,作為能夠最大程度地實(shí)現(xiàn)信息集散、加工與再創(chuàng)造的場(chǎng)所,高層辦公建筑在未來相當(dāng)長(zhǎng)的一段時(shí)間內(nèi),仍將繼續(xù)成為社會(huì)最為需要的建筑類型之一。建筑的靈魂在于空間,空間活力更是建筑生命的體現(xiàn),共享空間作為高層辦公建筑最重要的組成部分,它所創(chuàng)造的工作環(huán)境品質(zhì)將直接影響到員工的身心健康和工作效率。因此,高層辦公建筑空間品質(zhì)的優(yōu)劣也應(yīng)該得到更廣泛的關(guān)注。如何在現(xiàn)有的優(yōu)秀設(shè)計(jì)理念基礎(chǔ)之上,進(jìn)一步創(chuàng)造出更舒適宜人、高效、人性化的高層辦公空間,已成為建筑師的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。論文以高層辦公建筑共享空間作為研究對(duì)象,旨在為這部分空間提出有益的設(shè)計(jì)參考,使其在受到更多重視的同時(shí),在空間環(huán)境品質(zhì)上也能夠達(dá)到新的高度,更好的滿足使用者在辦公行為以外,對(duì)高層辦公建筑精神層面的需求。通過廣泛的實(shí)地調(diào)研,結(jié)合大量的文獻(xiàn)資料和實(shí)例分析,本文首先對(duì)高層辦公建筑共享空間的發(fā)展背景與理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行闡述與概括,進(jìn)而提出研究對(duì)象——共享空間的涵義與功能;其次分析出高層辦公建筑共享空間的設(shè)計(jì)原則,且從使用者的角度出發(fā),從情感需求層面對(duì)高層辦公建筑共享空間進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的研究;最后得出高層辦公建筑共享空間的設(shè)計(jì)建議與方法,并指出該部分空間應(yīng)努力實(shí)現(xiàn)的城市化、個(gè)性化、人性化和生態(tài)化的設(shè)計(jì)趨向。從而在高層辦公建筑中創(chuàng)造出更易滿足人們情感需求的人性化辦公空間環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:High-rise office building is one of the most important types of high-rise buildings. Since its birth in the nineteenth century, with the progress of society, economy and technology, it has made rapid development and remarkable achievements in various parts of the world. It can be predicted that with the arrival of the era of "knowledge economy" and the increasing shortage of land resources, as a place where information can be distributed, processed and recreated to the greatest extent, high-rise office buildings will be in the future for quite a long time. It will continue to be one of the most needed types of architecture in society. The soul of architecture lies in space, and space vitality is the embodiment of architectural life. As the most important part of high-rise office building, the quality of working environment created by shared space will directly affect the physical and mental health and work efficiency of employees. Therefore, the quality of high-rise office building space quality should be paid more attention to. How to create a more comfortable, efficient and humanized office space based on the existing excellent design concept has become an urgent task for architects. This paper takes the shared space of high-rise office buildings as the research object, aiming to provide a useful design reference for this part of space, so that it can get more attention and achieve a new height in the quality of the space environment at the same time. Better meet the needs of users in the high-rise office building spiritual level outside of office behavior. Through extensive field investigation, combined with a great deal of literature and case analysis, this paper first expounds and generalizes the development background and theoretical basis of the shared space of high-rise office buildings. Furthermore, the meaning and function of shared space, which is the object of study, are put forward. Secondly, it analyzes the design principles of the shared space of high-rise office buildings, and from the perspective of users, from the perspective of emotional needs, the sharing space of high-rise office buildings is studied in detail. Finally, the design suggestions and methods of sharing space for high-rise office buildings are obtained, and the design trend of urbanization, personalization, humanization and ecology of this part of space should be pointed out. In order to create a high-rise office building more easily to meet the emotional needs of human office space environment.
