【摘要】：隨著我國社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展以及現(xiàn)在人民生活質(zhì)量的不斷提高,人們開始渴望回歸自然、重拾人本,對(duì)旅行的要求也越來越高,以休閑、放松、娛樂、康體為目的的度假旅游隨之興盛起來,山地旅游度假別墅區(qū)的開發(fā)與建設(shè)也進(jìn)入了前所未有的高潮。但是經(jīng)過調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),我國在山地旅游度假別墅區(qū)的規(guī)劃建設(shè)上還存在很多不足:譬如忽視環(huán)境,破壞生態(tài);造型呆板,忽略功能;文化趨同,缺乏個(gè)性;盲目追新,忘卻歷史等,與此相關(guān)的研究也尚待完善。為了解決這些問題,本文從基于自然與人文融合的視野出發(fā),探討山地旅游度假別墅區(qū)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)。本論文首先提出了山地旅游度假別墅區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的研究背景、意義和研究方法,然后從有關(guān)山地旅游度假別墅區(qū)規(guī)劃的國內(nèi)外研究概況和相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了深入的分析,并提出本論文的研究框架。其次,論文對(duì)相關(guān)的理論進(jìn)行研究分析,并就中國當(dāng)代山地旅游度假別墅區(qū)案例進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析,針對(duì)山地這一特定的自然環(huán)境條件,提出并探討基于自然與人文融合的設(shè)計(jì)原則及方法,最后將理論應(yīng)用于武安長壽村風(fēng)景區(qū)的山地旅游度假別墅區(qū)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐。本文的研究將注重理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,以期為以后的山地旅游度假別墅區(qū)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)提供正確的設(shè)計(jì)方向和理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's social economy and the continuous improvement of the people's quality of life, people begin to yearn to return to nature, pick up people's roots, and have higher and higher requirements for travel. They want to relax, and entertain. The resort tourism for the purpose of recreation and sports has flourished, and the development and construction of mountain tourism vacation villas has also entered an unprecedented climax. However, through investigation, it is found that there are still many deficiencies in the planning and construction of mountain tourism and vacation villas in our country, such as ignoring the environment, destroying the ecology, ignoring the function, cultural convergence and lack of individuality. Blind pursuit of new, forget history, and so on, and related research is still to be improved. In order to solve these problems, this paper discusses the planning and design of mountain tourism vacation villas from the perspective of the fusion of nature and humanity. This paper first puts forward the background, significance and research methods of planning and design of mountain tourism resort villas, and then makes an in-depth analysis of the domestic and foreign research situation and related concepts of mountain tourism vacation villas planning. The research framework of this paper is put forward. Secondly, the paper carries on the research and analysis to the related theory, and carries on the investigation and analysis to the Chinese contemporary mountain tourism vacation villa area case, aiming at the mountain this special natural environment condition, This paper puts forward and discusses the design principles and methods based on the fusion of nature and humanity. Finally, the theory is applied to the planning and design practice of mountain tourism resort villa area in Changshou Village, Wuan. The research in this paper will focus on the combination of theory and practice in order to provide the correct design direction and theoretical guidance for the planning and design of mountain tourism vacation villa area in the future.
