鄭州某居住建筑空調(diào)環(huán)境實(shí)測(cè)與模擬研究

【摘要】:根據(jù)國(guó)際能源署統(tǒng)計(jì),建筑能耗在世界終端能耗中占比已超過40%,建筑節(jié)能已引起世界各國(guó)的重視,采用建筑能耗模擬軟件對(duì)建筑進(jìn)行模擬分析也越來(lái)越流行。我國(guó)這幾年隨著房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,建筑能耗也逐年增加,我國(guó)要建立起能源、環(huán)境、人口可持續(xù)發(fā)展型社會(huì),提高建筑節(jié)能效率,降低建筑能耗勢(shì)在必行。本文通過查閱文獻(xiàn),調(diào)研中外建筑能耗研究方面的現(xiàn)狀和最新前沿資訊,介紹Ecotect、DeST和EnergyPlus等三種模擬軟件的工作原理,并運(yùn)用三種軟件對(duì)同一建筑模型進(jìn)行負(fù)荷模擬,總結(jié)它們的特點(diǎn)。本文實(shí)測(cè)案例為河南省鄭州市的一棟居民樓里的某居民住宅。測(cè)量該住宅內(nèi)朝向和功能各不相同的七個(gè)房間的溫濕度數(shù)據(jù),通過對(duì)比,得出主臥因使用空調(diào)器,較好的改善了房間的熱濕環(huán)境,能使與之相鄰房間的溫度降低1~2℃,但不能保證非空調(diào)房間與空調(diào)房間具有相同的熱濕效果;同時(shí)相鄰的廚房和衛(wèi)生間的溫度平均相差2℃,表明房間內(nèi)人員的活動(dòng)對(duì)建筑的熱濕環(huán)境存在顯著影響。然后,運(yùn)用DeST和EnergyPlus兩個(gè)軟件對(duì)本文實(shí)測(cè)案例進(jìn)行模擬計(jì)算。通過對(duì)比模擬計(jì)算結(jié)果和實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果,發(fā)現(xiàn)DeST和EnergyPlus均能較準(zhǔn)確的模擬出建筑物的能耗狀況和室內(nèi)熱濕環(huán)境趨勢(shì),但因室內(nèi)人員的活動(dòng),模擬數(shù)據(jù)與實(shí)測(cè)存在差異,在空調(diào)房間,DeST模擬的溫度比實(shí)測(cè)低2℃,原因是DeST模擬時(shí)設(shè)定房間溫度為26℃,而實(shí)測(cè)中空調(diào)房間的溫度是變化的,并非固定值,而非空調(diào)房間模擬與實(shí)測(cè)溫度相差4℃。采用Energyplus進(jìn)行模擬,在陽(yáng)臺(tái)的模擬結(jié)果與實(shí)測(cè)基本吻合,但其他房間數(shù)據(jù)差別很大。通過兩個(gè)模擬軟件的模擬結(jié)果與實(shí)測(cè)對(duì)比,表明模擬軟件可以定性模擬建筑的能耗,但是建筑能耗的準(zhǔn)確資料,還需要實(shí)測(cè)。最后,采用DeST和EnergyPlus軟件對(duì)建筑圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)建筑能耗模擬表明,采用厚度為0.4m的隔熱保溫層可以降低建筑能耗并滿足室內(nèi)舒適性要求,故可采用此方法對(duì)此類建筑進(jìn)行節(jié)能改造。
[Abstract]:According to the statistics of the International Energy Agency, building energy consumption has accounted for more than 40 percent of the world's terminal energy consumption. Building energy conservation has attracted the attention of countries all over the world, and the use of building energy consumption simulation software to simulate and analyze buildings is becoming more and more popular. With the development of real estate industry in China, building energy consumption is increasing year by year. It is imperative for our country to establish a sustainable development society of energy, environment and population, to improve the efficiency of building energy conservation and to reduce building energy consumption. This paper introduces the working principle of three kinds of simulation software, such as Ecotect,DeST and EnergyPlus, and uses three kinds of software to simulate the load of the same building model by consulting the literature, investigating the current situation and the latest frontier information of building energy consumption research at home and abroad, and introducing the working principle of three kinds of simulation software, such as Ecotect,DeST and EnergyPlus. Summarize their characteristics. The case of this paper is a residential building in Zhengzhou, Henan Province. The temperature and humidity data of seven rooms with different orientation and function were measured.
