【摘要】：進行了不同傾斜角度、不同錨固深度的自攻螺釘在杉木中的抗拔性能試驗。主要研究自攻螺釘在杉木中的拉拔破壞形態(tài)和不同傾斜角度、錨固深度對拉拔性能的影響。試驗結(jié)果表明:破壞形態(tài)分為自攻螺釘拔出破壞和自攻螺釘屈服破壞。自攻螺釘?shù)目拱纬休d力隨著錨固深度、與木材順紋方向傾斜角度的增大而增大;只有錨固深度為16d(d為自攻螺釘?shù)闹睆?時,試件才會發(fā)生自攻螺釘屈服破壞;單考慮傾斜角度的因素,傾斜角度接近木材橫紋方向抗拔性能最好。
[Abstract]:The pullout resistance of tapping screws with different tilt angles and anchoring depths in Chinese fir was tested. In this paper, the effects of tapping failure patterns, different inclination angles and anchoring depth on drawing properties of self-tapping screws in Chinese fir were studied. The results show that the failure pattern is divided into pull-out failure and yield failure of self-tapping screw. The pullout bearing capacity of the tapping screws increases with the Anchorage depth and the inclined angle in the direction of the wood along the grain, and only when the anchoring depth is 16 days (d is the diameter of the tapping screws), the self-tapping screw yield failure will occur. Considering only the factors of inclined angle, the drawing resistance of the inclined angle close to the transverse direction of wood is the best.
