【摘要】：城市開(kāi)放空間在近年來(lái)的城市空間環(huán)境及城市建設(shè)中占據(jù)了較為重要的地位,作為城市的會(huì)客廳,開(kāi)放空間本應(yīng)成為城市生活中最具吸引力與活力的場(chǎng)所之一。然而在現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中,包括南京河西新城中軸開(kāi)放空間在內(nèi)的一些開(kāi)放空間卻呈現(xiàn)出場(chǎng)所較為冷清、活力缺失等問(wèn)題。本文針對(duì)當(dāng)前城市開(kāi)放空間呈現(xiàn)的上述問(wèn)題,在此背景下,以筆者參與的《南京市河西新城中軸三期城市設(shè)計(jì)》為實(shí)踐案例,借助空間句法的理論與方法,通過(guò)對(duì)南京河西新城中軸一期已建成部分出現(xiàn)的活力缺失等問(wèn)題的進(jìn)行分析和探究,得到對(duì)三期開(kāi)放空間設(shè)計(jì)的啟示,并基于一期啟示在開(kāi)放空間活力提升的主要目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向下完成了項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐。論文主要包括五部分內(nèi)容：第一部分為緒論,主要闡述了研究及項(xiàng)目的背景、目的和意義.對(duì)研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行界定,并明確了研究方法與框架；第二部分為關(guān)于理論和實(shí)踐案例的研究,介紹了空間句法的理論內(nèi)涵和相關(guān)實(shí)踐的應(yīng)用案例；第三部分是對(duì)河西中軸一期的探析,借助空間句法的理論與方法分析了空間問(wèn)題成因,并在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)了對(duì)三期開(kāi)放空間設(shè)計(jì)的啟示；第四部分是在一期探析基礎(chǔ)上,借以作者參與的河西中軸三期開(kāi)放空間設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐,通過(guò)句法理論與方法的應(yīng)用完成了中軸開(kāi)放空間的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。第五部分是研究總結(jié),回顧了前文的研究成果,對(duì)研究的不足進(jìn)行了反思與總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Urban open space plays an important role in the urban space environment and urban construction in recent years. As the city's living room, open space should be one of the most attractive and dynamic places in urban life. However, in real life, some open spaces, including the open space in the middle axis of Hexi New City in Nanjing, have some problems, such as cold and deserted places, lack of vitality, and so on. In view of the above problems in the present urban open space, this paper takes the third phase of urban design of Hexi New Town in Nanjing as a practical case, with the help of the theory and method of space syntax. Based on the analysis and exploration of the lack of vitality in the first phase of the central axis of Hexi New City in Nanjing, the enlightenment to the design of the third phase of open space is obtained. And based on the first stage inspiration, the project practice is completed under the main goal orientation of improving the vitality of open space. The paper mainly includes five parts: the first part is introduction, mainly expounds the background, purpose and significance of the research and project. The research object is defined, and the research method and frame are defined. The second part is about the theory and practice cases, and introduces the theoretical connotation of space syntax and the application cases of relevant practice. In the third part, the author analyzes the causes of the spatial problems with the help of the theory and method of space syntax, and summarizes the inspiration to the third period of open space design. The fourth part is based on the analysis of the first phase, the author participated in the third phase of Hexi shaft open space design practice, through the application of syntactic theory and method to complete the optimization design of the open space of the central axis. The fifth part is the summary of the research, reviews the previous research results, and summarizes the shortcomings of the research.
