多孔礦物聚合材料在外墻保溫方面應用的試驗研究

【摘要】:以偏高嶺土為主要原料,水玻璃為堿激發(fā)劑,雙氧水為發(fā)泡劑,通過聚合反應制備外墻保溫材料。本次試驗以水玻璃與偏高嶺土重量比、發(fā)泡劑用量和養(yǎng)護溫度為三個主要因素設計正交試驗確定保溫材料的最優(yōu)制備條件。試驗中以體積密度、抗壓強度和導熱系數三個指標來表征材料的性能,最終確定制備材料的最佳水玻璃與偏高嶺土的重量比為1.2,雙氧水用量為3%,養(yǎng)護溫度為50℃。在此條件下所得外墻保溫材料的體積密度為296kg/m~3,導熱系數為0.091 W/(m·℃),抗壓強度為0.92 MPa,性能指標可滿足建筑外墻保溫的要求。
[Abstract]:Using metakaolin as main raw material, sodium silicate as alkali activator and hydrogen peroxide as foaming agent, exterior wall insulation material was prepared by polymerization. The optimum preparation conditions of insulating materials were determined by orthogonal design of three main factors: the weight ratio of water glass to metakaolin, the amount of foaming agent and curing temperature. The properties of the materials were characterized by volume density, compressive strength and thermal conductivity.
