一體式生物凈化-沉淀池對(duì)微污染水體污染物的強(qiáng)化去除性能

【摘要】:本文針對(duì)現(xiàn)有飲用水凈化工藝對(duì)溶解性組分的去除能力有限,以及沉淀單元占地面積大,功能單一的問(wèn)題,將生物轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)與平流沉淀池設(shè)計(jì)理念相結(jié)合,開(kāi)發(fā)出一種生物凈化-沉淀工藝,以提升系統(tǒng)對(duì)原水中濁度、有機(jī)物和氮磷的同步去除性能.結(jié)果表明,生物轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)的設(shè)置并未干擾沉淀池原有的濁度去除功能.當(dāng)進(jìn)水有機(jī)負(fù)荷為0.46 g·(m2·d)-1時(shí),生物沉淀池對(duì)有機(jī)組分、氨氮、總氮和總磷的去除率分別為81.4%、95.0%、21.1%和86.0%.進(jìn)一步研究發(fā)現(xiàn),反硝化和除磷過(guò)程對(duì)水相中的有限碳源存在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)關(guān)系.進(jìn)水有機(jī)負(fù)荷的上升,有助于除磷過(guò)程的進(jìn)行,同時(shí)沉淀出水中殘留的有機(jī)組分和氨氮含量幾乎不受影響,表明工藝具有一定抗沖擊負(fù)荷能力,在微污染水體的強(qiáng)化凈化處理中具有一定的應(yīng)用前景.
[Abstract]:In this paper, aiming at the limited removal capacity of dissolved components in the existing drinking water purification process, and the problems of large area and single function of sedimentation unit, the design idea of biological turntable and advection sedimentation tank is combined. A biological purification and precipitation process was developed to enhance the simultaneous removal of turbidity, organic matter and nitrogen and phosphorus in raw water. The results showed that the setting of biological turntable did not interfere with the original turbidity removal function of sedimentation tank. When the influent organic load was 0.46 g (m ~ 2 ~ 2 d) -1, the removal rates of organic components, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen and total phosphorus were 81.4%, 95.0% and 86.0%, respectively. It is further found that denitrification and phosphorus removal processes have a competitive relationship with the limited carbon sources in water phase. The increase of influent organic load is beneficial to the process of phosphorus removal, while the residual organic components and ammonia nitrogen content in the precipitated water are almost unaffected, which indicates that the process has the ability to resist shock loading. It has a certain application prospect in the treatment of micro-polluted water.
