【摘要】：針對(duì)當(dāng)前施工企業(yè)突發(fā)事件發(fā)生后,輿情應(yīng)對(duì)不力給施工企業(yè)帶來嚴(yán)重負(fù)面影響等情況,深入研究了有效的施工企業(yè)突發(fā)事件輿情應(yīng)對(duì)工作方法及應(yīng)用。通過對(duì)施工企業(yè)輿情應(yīng)對(duì)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,掌握了施工企業(yè)面臨的輿情風(fēng)險(xiǎn),施工企業(yè)具有的輿情特點(diǎn),施工企業(yè)在輿情認(rèn)知方面存在的問題,以及在輿情應(yīng)對(duì)工作中的常規(guī)性做法。對(duì)施工企業(yè)突發(fā)事件輿情應(yīng)對(duì)失當(dāng)?shù)膸讉�(gè)真實(shí)案例進(jìn)行深入分析,找出了施工企業(yè)輿情應(yīng)對(duì)失當(dāng)?shù)纳顚哟卧?為制定出切實(shí)可行的工作方法找到了突破口。經(jīng)過歸納、總結(jié),正式得出了一套切實(shí)可行的突發(fā)事件輿情應(yīng)對(duì)工作方法,包括五項(xiàng)工作機(jī)制、四支工作隊(duì)伍、三項(xiàng)工作要求。最后,結(jié)合輿情應(yīng)對(duì)的成功案例對(duì)研究成果進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn)并取得成功,為施工企業(yè)開展突發(fā)事件輿情應(yīng)對(duì)工作提供了參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:In view of the serious negative impact caused by the weak response of public opinion to the construction enterprise after the emergent events of the construction enterprise occurred, the effective working methods and application of the public opinion response to the unexpected incident of the construction enterprise are studied in depth. Through the investigation and research on the current situation of the public opinion of the construction enterprise, the paper grasps the public opinion risk faced by the construction enterprise, the characteristics of the public opinion of the construction enterprise, the problems existing in the cognition of the public opinion of the construction enterprise. And in the public opinion response to the work of the regular practice. This paper makes a thorough analysis of several real cases in which the public opinion of the construction enterprise should be improperly handled, finds out the deep reasons for the mishandling of the public opinion of the construction enterprise, and finds a breakthrough for the establishment of a feasible working method. After summing up, a set of feasible working methods of emergency public opinion response is obtained, including five working mechanisms, four working teams and three working requirements. Finally, combined with the successful cases of public opinion response, the research results are tested and successful, which provides a reference and reference for construction enterprises to carry out public opinion response to unexpected events.
