昆明西山萬達(dá)廣場超高層寫字樓抗震設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:昆明西山萬達(dá)廣場寫字樓為高烈度設(shè)防地區(qū)的超高層建筑,建筑總高度為316m,結(jié)構(gòu)的地震響應(yīng)非常顯著。采用帶加強(qiáng)層的鋼管混凝土框架-型鋼混凝土核心筒混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系。設(shè)計(jì)中通過控制結(jié)構(gòu)自重、合理分配外框架剛度、設(shè)置有限剛度的加強(qiáng)層和采用帶約束多型鋼剪力墻等技術(shù),充分利用各結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的受力特點(diǎn),從而提高了結(jié)構(gòu)體系的抗側(cè)剛度,控制了結(jié)構(gòu)主材用量。小震和大震彈塑性分析結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)滿足規(guī)范要求,能達(dá)到預(yù)期的抗震性能目標(biāo)。本項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)滿足了高烈度區(qū)超高層結(jié)構(gòu)安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)和美觀實(shí)用的要求。
[Abstract]:The office building of West Mountain Wanda Square in Kunming is a super high-rise building in high intensity fortification area. The total height of the building is 316 m.The seismic response of the structure is very remarkable. Concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) frame-steel reinforced concrete (SRC) core tube hybrid structure system with reinforced layer is adopted. In the design, by controlling the weight of the structure, distributing the stiffness of the outer frame reasonably, setting the strengthened story with finite stiffness and adopting the technique of multi-section steel shear wall with constraints, the mechanical characteristics of each structural member are fully utilized. Thus, the lateral stiffness of the structure system is improved, and the amount of the main material is controlled. The results of elastic-plastic analysis of small and large earthquakes show that each index of the structure can meet the requirements of the code and achieve the expected seismic performance goal. The design of this project meets the requirements of high-rise structure safety, economy and beauty.
