深基坑施工信息化及安全監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:本文以福田站深基坑工程為背景工程,首先研究了超大型深基坑信息化施工的必要性和信息的處理與評(píng)價(jià)方法;其次對(duì)基坑監(jiān)測(cè)的項(xiàng)目及方法進(jìn)行了深入研究,并在此基礎(chǔ)上與有關(guān)單位合作開(kāi)發(fā)安全監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng),設(shè)計(jì)中充分利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),保證管理人員及時(shí)方便在辦公室查看基坑安全監(jiān)控情況及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工圖像,為管理人員依據(jù)實(shí)際施工情況調(diào)整施工方法及步驟提供便利。本文研究成果如下:(1)通過(guò)基于信息化施工遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控預(yù)警平臺(tái)自動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)和人工監(jiān)測(cè)相結(jié)合的方法對(duì)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行采集和數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行自動(dòng)整理和分析,對(duì)出現(xiàn)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行自動(dòng)預(yù)警,為有效地采取施工措施的實(shí)施提供了及時(shí)信息基礎(chǔ)和技術(shù)支撐。(2)信息化施工遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控預(yù)警平臺(tái)的設(shè)立,對(duì)工程掌握了周邊環(huán)境、圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)和主體結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)性相互作用體系的穩(wěn)定狀態(tài),以及復(fù)雜的荷載效應(yīng)的顯現(xiàn)和外延性擴(kuò)張實(shí)現(xiàn)了動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)和控制,保證了地處城市中心區(qū)的福田車站地下工程的順利施工。(3)建立的信息化施工遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控預(yù)警平臺(tái),并在深圳福田站工程深基坑施工中得到了成功應(yīng)用,豐富了我國(guó)深基坑工程信息化施工的工程經(jīng)驗(yàn),使深基坑施工的信息化水平及工程措施決策的先進(jìn)性和科學(xué)性有很大程度的提升。
[Abstract]:Taking the deep foundation pit project of Futian Station as the background engineering, this paper first studies the necessity of the information construction of the super large deep foundation pit and the method of information processing and evaluation, and then makes a deep research on the project and method of foundation pit monitoring. On this basis, the safety monitoring and management system is developed in cooperation with relevant units, and the network technology is fully utilized in the design to ensure that managers can conveniently and timely view the foundation pit safety monitoring situation and site construction images in the office. It is convenient for managers to adjust construction methods and procedures according to actual construction conditions. The research results of this paper are as follows: (1) through the combination of automatic monitoring and manual monitoring of remote monitoring and warning platform based on information construction, the monitoring data are collected and analyzed automatically, and the risks are automatically early warning. It provides a timely information basis and technical support for the effective implementation of construction measures. (2) the establishment of remote monitoring and warning platform for information construction has mastered the surrounding environment of the project. The stable state of the system of systematic interaction between the enclosure structure and the main structure, as well as the appearance of the complex load effect and the extension of the external ductility, achieve dynamic monitoring and control. It ensures the smooth construction of the underground project of Futian Station, which is located in the center of the city. (3) the remote monitoring and warning platform of information construction is established, and it has been successfully applied in the construction of deep foundation pit of Shenzhen Futian Station. It has enriched the engineering experience of the deep foundation pit engineering information construction in our country, and has greatly promoted the information level of the deep foundation pit construction and the advanced nature and scientific nature of the engineering measure decision.
