基于綠色技術(shù)的皖江地區(qū)村鎮(zhèn)住宅優(yōu)化設計研究
[Abstract]:On the premise of increasing the level of economic development, the conditions of village houses with large cardinals need to be improved so as to meet the corresponding economic income level and cultural development needs. The area of Anhui River is located in the hot summer and cold winter climate area with long time in winter and summer. There is a great demand for heating and refrigeration, and the total amount of residential houses in villages and towns is large. The energy consumption of this part should be paid more attention to. As a typical economic pillar, Anhui River area has gradually changed from agriculture to industry, and its changing life style and rapid development of society require the construction of village and town housing to follow up at the same time. The form, design and construction of housing have undergone great changes in order to meet the requirements of livability and comfort of physical environment. What is different from the city is that the standard of housing base in some areas can realize many kinds of housing forms, and the physical environment comfort of the village residence is directly related to the design and construction. More associated with the residents own interaction, the combination of passive green technology must have a wide range of applicability. This paper explores the effects of various passive green technologies on reducing building energy consumption. In the first chapter, the paper discusses the background and significance of the research, as well as domestic and foreign research results in related fields. In the second chapter, the author makes a preliminary investigation and analysis on the existing villages and towns in Wanjiang area, draws on the passive technology, and summarizes the shortcomings of the existing villages and towns. The third chapter summarizes the passive technology which is suitable for the village and town residence in the area of Anhui River, analyzes and discusses it by classification, and verifies its effect on reducing energy consumption. The fourth chapter puts forward the main points and methods of analyzing the livability of villages and towns, and selects different kinds of outstanding housing cases of villages and towns. According to the key points, this paper analyzes the actual case of multi-story residence in Wanjiang village and town under construction, and optimizes it with the appropriate passive technology. Finally, the paper summarizes the research contents and achievements, and discusses the existing problems in the research and the direction of further development. The innovations of this paper are as follows: summarize and summarize the passive green technology suitable for village residence in hot summer and cold winter area, and put forward the main points of evaluation and analysis of livability of village residence. The energy consumption simulation software is used as the experimental method to demonstrate that the green technology lies in the effect of reducing the energy consumption of the village and town residence.
