【摘要】：正日前,為期三天的"北京城市副中心詳細(xì)規(guī)劃和城市設(shè)計方案征集中期成果匯報"舉辦。多數(shù)專家認(rèn)為,城市副中心設(shè)計重點在于以大運(yùn)河為中心的水系改造,形成藍(lán)綠交織的生態(tài)城市。城市副中心應(yīng)為多中心結(jié)構(gòu),不僅有運(yùn)河商務(wù)中心區(qū),還應(yīng)有以"新北京東站"及未來行政辦公核心區(qū)等為核心的重點功能中心。建議將城市副中心劃分為多個街坊、組團(tuán)式,引入5分鐘步行生活圈概念。將公共服務(wù)、組團(tuán)綠地、教育、醫(yī)
[Abstract]:Just a few days ago, the three-day report on the Medium-Term results of the detailed Planning and Urban Design Program for Beijing's Vice Urban Center was held. Most experts believe that the design of the sub-center of the city is focused on the Grand Canal as the center of the river system transformation to form a blue and green ecological city. The sub-center of the city should be multi-center structure, not only has the canal business center, but also should take "new Beijing East Station" and the future administrative office core area as the key function center.
